  1. Heres the latest, I've got a few more uploading right now. Hope you guys enjoy!
  2. FinKone commented on Carrythxd's gallery image in GTA V Galleries
  3. Just to add for me. When I first visit the site, it says I'm not logged in - however, if I click to any other page (forums, downloads, any sections and the page refreshes) I'm logged in. Using Chrome. Not a big issue... just have to click something.
  4. I'm a big fan of the 8350 for the price honestly. I'm playing GTA IV with Cry3ENB and HD textures and still getting around 50's while recording. GTA V runs fine on high - I haven't pushed for Ultra yet, I suspect I may have to over-clock a bit. Just be advised... that watercooling is a must (I saw one on the list, make sure it stays if you think about cutting corners, thats not one to cut!). If you have a GPU that can push that CPU the heat temps get high compared to what Intel / Nvidia often run at. I'm always the baller on budget when it comes to builds... but I often run a lot of applications for coding and things of that nature, so take that into account with what the Ninja pointed out also. AMD also does require more power (the GPU really, since its not listed) so make sure you've got enough juice and are not 'boarder' lining it with the upgrades. I'm a big AMD guy - but I am by no means brand loyal. I'll be the first to say Intel + Nvidia really do make better gaming hardware, that costs more.
  5. Are you dragging and dropping ELS into the correct location? Heres a simple tutorial video on how I installed LCPDFR, and ELS 8.0... just make sure you are doing all that - and let us know if you are, and like Black Jesus said - are you making sure you are using vehicles that work with it? http://www.lcpdfr.com/tutorials/index.action/script-data-file-modification-tutorials/manual-install-of-lcpdfr-11-els-80-and-cry3enb-r121/
  6. GTA V Single Player Heist gameplay from me also guys! Really enjoying GTA V and its graphics.. and stability. ;)
  7. First off, SAPD:FR is not LCPDFR.coms work, I also don't intend to stir up any hard feelings between the two... even though there is - because the way Palmbeach is operating (in my opinion, unprofessional), but none the less, here is a short review of what "SAPD:FR demo" has to offer...
  8. Hey guys - I just did a quick video because a good bit of you guys are asking me how I get my game setup the way it is. This ins't everything in terms of setting up... that video would be hours long. This is just a start for those confused on the most basic level of where to put stuff. Just google the file names if you need them ("LCPDFR 1.1 download", "LCPDFR ELS 8.0 download" and "Cry3ENB GTA IV download" - you should be able to find them rather easy.) Heres a link to the video none-the-less. After getting all that setup - lets move on to install ELS 8,0 cars, and even new uniforms! Have Cry3ENB but not sure what else you can do with it? Lets adjust lighting in real time, in game!
  9. I got a feeling its not only backup callout at which freezes your LCPDFR/GTA IV game - it doesn't go to not responding, but the audio, and image hangs and freezes doesn't it?
  10. Only if hes having a large amount of issues with pathfinding will that happen. :|
  11. IF YOU GUYS ARE GOING TO USE MY MODS, PLEASE READ ABOUT IT AT LEAST?
  12. If you are having issues with cars, stick to well known, small cars... don't go for the cars that are 15MBs... try to keep that as low as possible. There are some really decent ELS related cars (and non-ELS) cars that are low-poly, and low stress. A good 3D modeler can complete the same looking, realistic car with lower polys then a unskilled one can't. The thing is - anyone (and I'm not saying car modders suck, some of them do great!) can grab the software and start to "make a car" by throwing together different parts form all over the net, or using higher then required textures... There are some people that I trust with the cars that I use and like a lot, and there are some that I just leave alone. I only use ELS cars though, and with that said if I run into a car that doesn't include a clean install - a nice ELS file setup, and so forth - I just delete it. I also preview them in OpenIV and if anything looks off, again - I just remove it and find something else... Every time you add something to the game that requires more memory, that puts more stress on your system, you run the risk of runing into a problem. GTA IV doesn't wait for anything, and the code form mods start to slow down things, you can start to run into crashes. I mean crashes are not only hardware related, but it is a large factor. As for them including vehicles in the stock replacement for the LCPDFR download - that would make the size of the file fire up something crazy. They'd either have to include a install tutorial that people would hang up on because they don't feel comfortable installing them, or make a entirely new download the the vehicles image file...
  13. Ok I know where its going wrong - not a whole lot has reported it about it but I'll give it a look when I get some time.
  14. Hi Evil! Happening every time brother - or just this time? Was that the cop car it spawn'd in front? Was he driving off? Something was taken away and it failed to point at that instance correctly - was it forced, or was it a sent from LCPDFR? PS - thanks for including a log. Getting so many please helps lately - with no information... :|
  15. You don't have to fill the ticket out if you don't want to, you can simply click the option you want...
  16. If you get a fatal crash, chances are you've got a iffy car, that the games having trouble spawning. If the script is crashing, nothing I can do for you with out additional information.
  17. They will come on their own. Due to lack of detail - I must say, I cannot help you. It crashed for some reason (null ref of the criminal... null ref of a action, vehicle), but because you didn't include a log - its just a shot in the dark for me to try and help you... if you catch my drift.
  18. ... Pretty sure a lot of "white" people died in the Civil war to fight for the freedom of African-Americans, to get rid of the Confederacy, and to lash back against "exploding" slavery. Sure some of you will argue the fact that this wasn't the cause of the war... you've been paid in the blood of the of the brave Union men already. I guess that's not enough though. I rarely comment on these types of topics - but this ones funny. More died in this war then in WWII and other wars combined for our nation, but its not a big deal... we just kinda said ... "Yea ok - no more slavery, lets just stop... ", didn't cost others anything... -.- I mean - do you have any memories of being a slave? Did you personally suffer the injustice of it? We are all currently born into equal rights, as a equal man - and whatever you wanted to do with your life, so far you've done it. What a touchy subject.
  19. I think they spent the last bit of time only making the game stand out graphically compared to consoles. I even think the last delay was for additional artwork (4K res) and optimizations, which I don't really think they had to much intentions of making at first. The fact that consoles already have trainer versions (which they have for awhile), only means that once the PC modding community gets a hold of this, regardless of what they've attempted to stop us from doing or to help us do - its gonna happen. Just looking at the names of the models, not a whole lots changed from this one... still the same ol' GTA, just more stuff in it! I'm excited.
  20. Yea even a decent computer can suffer because GTA IV is so dated at this point
  21. Latest single player - a busy night! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DhZ-Nbsk5QM&list=UUpmqxbTG3VACpw2Hwybi1WA
  22. Very well done, no issues with my heavily modded EFLC.
