New Computer System (NEED COMMUNITY HELP)
Here we go - this is what I was talking about people, just giving me different lines I can apply and add to different people so don't have to waste time doing data generation...

Just so everyone is tracking thats a different script but will most likely come as a package for ticket time. I'm still debating.

New Computer System (NEED COMMUNITY HELP)
Hey guys. Let me start off by saying sorry if this is in the wrong location... ;) I'm planning on improving / redoing the LCPDFR computer. I'm still ON THE FENCE about doing this. If I do, I would like to have a "community generated" database of possible things (I'll explain more below) so I'm asking for help. I am in no way, shape, or form trying to "break off" from LCPDFR, and make my own mod, only improve LCPDFR itself. Now that that is out of the way, lets keep going! Currently - the computer works ok, but when the person has warrants, thats it. There is no way to look into them. Same thing for Tickets. What'd the guy get a ticket for? What type of warrant does he have? Is the person currently on probation? Are they a professional criminal, or just a person that failed to appear? These are factors that will really sway how a situation is handled - in my opinion. Now with that said, the computer will for the most part, function and look the same, that is until you run a persons name. You'll be given a series of additional options. Warrants, Priors, Tickets, and current standings - if any REAL POLICE OFFICERS have suggestions on what their system displays, NOW IS THE TIME. I know that these systems are often very complex, and I want to avoid it being over complex, but I also want to present the user with a lot of additional information about the person they've pulled over IF they want it. This mod will tie DIRECTLY into LCPDFR, and REQUIRE it because I'll be using their database of persons (LPeds) for this project. Down to it. I need generated data (you guys) that I can put into the file when it comes to this point. I haven't even started yet, but I think I'm going to do it... maybe... :| Please fill in the form below if you are interested in contributing. I'll set the first example. I just need DIFFERENT TYPES - I will fill in the dates using a array of dates and plug the data in... Warrant Information : Warrant Type : Bench Warrant (An arrest warrant for a defendant who has been discharged on bail or subsequently failed to appear in court) Priors Information : Priors : Convicted of Petty Theft Ticket Information : Tickets : Failure to yield Current Standing : Warrant For Arrest : Bench Warrant Currently on Probation : PBJ - Petty Theft Now with this said, in closing - could we please ONLY keep to this format for posting, with minimal off-topic talk. I'm interested in hearing other formats, or if this its not even a legit approach to the information a police officer would see when conducting a stop - so let me know if you are truly a COP. Thanks in advance guys - I hope we get a nice list going.

the new guy
Take your time, READ how to install things, and don't get over-whelmed by the trainer if you are not used to using one. Disable the hot-keys for the trainer... ;D LCPDFR 1.1 is running well, make sure not to push your computer to hard or else you'll just be causing more crashes then time playing. Install mods one at a time. If you notice a large crash increase, consider removing that mod. Always check into the mods INI file if it has one to determine what type of keys you can use, or setup. LCPDFR by itself has a lot of hot-keys, and it takes time to learn, but you'll get the swing of things.

Stop Sticks Mod (REL)
Sadly no. PM me the error msg you are getting and perhaps a log. Try to explain in full detail when, and how the crash happens - and I'll take a look. Which version are you using also?

- Version 1.01
I'll keep this one short. Its meant for single player use, in a single player game. This is a investigation and person management tool. It WILL NOT pop up if it detects another script has ownership of the person to avoid conflict in code. Please watch the video, it can be rather complex and hard to get the hang of. You can move suspects, frisk, release, place in car, order hands up, follow me, and tell to stay put. If you told them to stay put with LCPDFR (only pressed e ONCE) then this script will still work most the time. If you are pretty deep into the LCPDFR frisk/ID features, this script will not attempt to take control over them, it would be dangerous and dumb. If the person steps out into the street, and is in a bad spot - you can simply move them with the "Follow Me" command to move them. Once a person is frisked, you can look them up in the LCPDFR computer system - they tie directly into the LCPDFR system. UPDATE 1.01 works with any ENB.- 48 comments

Backup Callout(1.0d + 1.1 LCPDFR Callout)
Well I've added more vector3s for it to sort - and it might have just gotten a bit to large for your setup, that -might- be causing the crash... however, this script doesn't run until the callout manager calls it... so it shouldn't crash you for driving around when its not running...

Animation Location [Ticket Issue LCPDFR Animation]
Whhhoopps - sorry to waste your time ineseri - just went on a coding spree and my eyes must be shot.

Callout "Traffic Backup"
Thanks for the positive replies guys. I'll keep at it - there are some that are still having issues - but very few. I'd say my at a ratio of around 80% of the people that get it, and follow the directions it works well for. As of right now, my plan is to keep expanding the spawn area when I have time.

Animation Location [Ticket Issue LCPDFR Animation]
Hey guys. I'm having a hard time finding the name or location of the Ticket Animation that LCPDFR uses. Spent about 20 minutes and I've thrown in the towel. I know one of you guys knows! :D

LCPDFR won't start
Just for others wondering - not saying this is the only problem, but its one I see... Picture #2, LCPDFR Loader.net.dll in between the two Doc files. Get rid of that, it should not be there... it should ONLY be inside the scripts folder. Leads to me believe a bad install took place - consider starting from a fresh copy. Make backups.

Backup Callout(1.0d + 1.1 LCPDFR Callout)
Look in your main directory for GTA IV and you'll see "ELS.ini", open that with something like Notepad++, scroll all the way to the bottom, you'll see "Els_Range_Ai", and "Els_Range_Pl", most people only need to increase the range of Els_Range_Ai to around 450, 500.

Backup Callout(1.0d + 1.1 LCPDFR Callout)
Hi MongoJr - don't worry, I'm working on the next version which is a good bit safer, in the mean time - check into your ELS.ini and increase the range_AI if its below 300 (if you have not), this can create issues if its low.

Callout "Traffic Backup"
To be honest, we didn't get any type of change in behavior from changing that value. I would be able to comment on it but I didn't look up what that truly meant. We did find however that most users only need to adjust the Els_Range_Ai, but some also had to change range_pl... :| Thanks out to Jeff for helping me narrow this down. He was having large issues for the better part of 2 hours and stuck with me while I sent him quick builds, I was able to narrow it down to ELS after all this testing...
