Radar Gun (handheld)
When a vehicle enters the blue radar circle radius - you can press number 3 and it will go into tracking mode.

Radar Gun (handheld)
I could make it so you could perhaps change it, but I'm not sure when I'll get around to it.

What does modding mean to you?
I love mods also. Plus most the time, its a good way to peak into a game and see how "professional" code is written. I like games that are very transparent - Don't Starve for example, which uses heavy scripts they left open for the community, with comments - is a wonderful example. Modding to me means, to change from the original state for better or worse - I think as someone else has said. The intended purpose is meant to improve from the original product... either for advantage, or adding depth.

Radar Gun (handheld)
I've had no time to test it - I suspect it will work on AI vehicles, but not sure about if its a player controlled car.

Radar Gun (handheld)
Nah thats the easy way. I'll just reference the ground and adjust it accordingly so the user wont have to. I just tan short of time and knew it was at a useable state. Ty for suggesting though.

UPDATE NOTES 1.01, and 1.05 have been reported to REQUIRE LCPDFR 1.0(not sure on the series letter) 1.05 Some of you don't like jumping out of a vehicle thats moving, because you forgot to put your RadarGun away. No worries, stay seated! 1.01 MUCH NEEDED ground detection. You can now track those speed demons up and down hills, regardless of your position. As with any of my fresh uploads - please tell me if I forgot something, or you are running into errors VIA PM!! Updated 14MAR2015 If you already have a older version installed, and you are one of my repeat offenders, you can simply install the new ini/.net.dll files in the scripts folders. NO NEED to install the wdr files over again. Radar Handheld Unit that you can deploy out of any vehicle to use. Do not modify, or redistribute outside of LCPDFR. I'll keep this one short and simple. You can refer to the videos below in regards to Installing, and Proper use. INSTALL TUTORIAL HOW TO USE IT Known issues : Radar checkpoint area does not take into account elevation (yet) Jumping from a vehicle thats moving, while RadarGun was out Minor flickering in some users HUD Any suggestions -feel free to PM me.- 78 comments

Callout "Traffic Backup"
I cant say for sure. I know its very vehicle dependant in nature, so anything iffy in terms of spawning, could cause issues. Change ALL the police models to something you havent messed with IM ONLY TALKING ABOUT ALTERING THE VEHICLE NAMES IN THE INI FILE FOR THIS CALLOUT, NOT YOUR GAME FILES. (to a stock car, and model) and let me know the result?

What ENB/Timecycle mod should I use?
I'd much rather more frames. No brainer.

Callout "Traffic Backup"
First off - thanks for this! Most people seem to want to put it in the reviews section of the download.. ;D Secondly - I'll have to look more into this one. Its the first time someones send me a null ref in regards to a heading. Does this happen often? Sometimes? Rarely? I'll make sure I pad the heading values to guard against this in the next few days when I get some free time.

Homeless man shot by LAPD
Hes good to go. Handled well. Who knows what the guy was on. They gave him a direct bump with a zapper, and he was still going. Seen bad guys in Afghanistan take plenty of rounds and keep going because of drugs they were on. One guy can become very, very strong on the right cocktail. Play-doh holster or not. ;)
