  1. Will we also be able to get access to the LSPD_First_Response.PoliceComputer - mainly to determine if it is in fact open? computer.isShowing is mainly what I'd be after so we can also determine if we need to ignore input from our mods? I'll stop begging for API features now.... :|
  2. Just got done checking out the new LSPDFR 0.2 - exciting to get out there and patrol now!
  3. Once I get to sit down and play with the API - I'll know soon. I know they've had stuff listed in there but I just didn't get to test it out yet, if that makes sense. I should know something tomorrow once I get some free time.
  4. Yea this pissed me off right away. I'm going to check if I can detect if the computer is open, and if so disable Police Radio for that time frame, rather then making people change around keys. If I cannot, the last resort is to make people change around keys... :X I've only got to open and toy with it... I've seen some stuff that I really needed to make it tie into LSPDFR, can't wait to make Police Radio work with it.
  5. If it doesn't release it guys - don't sweat it, something just as kool is happening! Pluto is due for a photo shoot! :D
  6. Currently I have no way to detect the status of a person in question, so I need to wait until LSPDFR 0.2 drops with the LSPDFR API so I can monitor the situation and make the AI I've created act accordingly.
  7. "This mod with not blip or mark the vehicle that creates the alert, you must locate based on the License Plate, Model, and the Camera that generated the alert." Yes, yes, and... yes!? Loving the attention to detail - make sure you stay strong when everyone cries "make it a option - blip the vehicle" ... lemme know if ya need any help brother.
  8. @Sam can I haz API at least Plz? :D
  9. 0.2 Police Radio has been uploaded. As always, contact me if something doesn't seem to be working correctly. Make sure you read the current features included, and also see the changelog if you are wondering what is different.
  10. This sucks. I mean if they are targeting mods this way (which... lets face it, they are still going to keep trying to slow down hooks), its pretty savage on their part. This type of protection won't even really stop a cheater from cheating online... its just going to make certain offline mods hard to enjoy... Thanks for keeping us in the loop - you could tell (I upgraded to the most recent to get ready for 0.2), that something was happening with the delays of game performance, even without having a lot of units on scene, you can still kinda detect there was a issue.
  11. Most likely in the same release fashion the first launch had.
  12. Sometimes, when I read posts, I hear music in my head. Its not always epic music... but... This is the music that came into my odd-ball brain when I saw this topic. ;)
  13. Happy to see ya supporting BMore on V man. Once I get in to check the res quality I'll try to remember to rate. - for this and county.
  14. Don't worry. Not only will you be able to call for backup to assist you (using police radio) but you'll also be getting callouts from me. Cannot wait. Times are looking good. For those interested - K9 backup is coming along well. The unit now has logic to respond to the driver depending on what they do, and responds accordingly. That was a fun one. Still working on getting them to the scene in a better manner, but this is improving constantly. Its more or less a patrol - but I think I call K9 twice, and show some of the OLD but glaring issues that have been correctly.
I'm just happy to get away from the .NET one. I did start to enjoy the auto-tracking of that one... it will be missed. Perhaps add shadows rendering? Maybe even a flare from origin? Only things I can suggest. EDIT : 13/08/2015 to reflect the mods updates. Shadows added. Able to adjust every aspect of the spotlight. Works as intended. Its a must have tool for the night time and I had to patrol recently without it - it felt wrong not using it.
  15. "GTA V comes with a massive amount of police related audio which is fantastic" not only massive... but overwhelming... :X Really excited to see how arresting works (button masher here that was mess up the switch). *slow and quiet chant still remains* api... api... api... api... Will it include dev notes? Sometimes the API can be a bit complex to step into and I often make stuff... thats already been implemented into it... just because I fail to find the correct naming... :|
  16. Nice. Can't wait to make sure I plug plate-checker into it, at the least.
