Nobody can reproduce files for you, however, you can go to the location outside the mods folder and simply copy it to the mods folder. If it was outside the mods folder that you modified, please verify the integrity of your game files.

You can continue to download the file safely. It is known as a false positive. Windows and other security vendors flag it because of module encryption the author uses that only decrypts at runtime which makes it think it's a Trojan virus (according to vendor scans). In other words, it's entirely safe to download. Click on the download and click "download anyway". (Edit: I also just realized you are not the OP. In the character creator/switcher, click your spacebar to sync when you are on the characters menu. You also can only have 3 characters synced at a time, so you will need to unsync 1 of 3 you currently have.

Yes and no. I don't know how male bodies work, but with females with the one I use, it changes the stomach and waist slightly. In other words, because the one I use is slimmer, it would not clip with the EUP outfits. However, just because you are using a modded ped body, does not mean EUP changes automatically to adapt to the new shape. So you can have a body active, but it won't change the EUP. You would need to find clothing to match that base.

I figured this out this morning the hard way and only figured this out because I had been talking to the developer of the mod as I was doing it, so "credit" for this answer goes to him, I am just sharing it. SimpleCTRL checks for your seatbelt to be enabled/disabled in the game, so when a mod like Faya's Seatbelt or Simple Trainer "enables" your seatbelt, it doesn't allow you to leave the vehicle (as intended), so please for the love of sanity, do not go to the mods download section and claim its a bug. Anyways, if you have a trainer, ensure your vehicle's god mode is disabled, and your seatbelt is disabled through the trainer and any mod. You may need to enable and disable the seatbelt option in your trainer.

ELS works the same as DLS replacement. The only real "difference" is modifying data files for DLS vehicles depending on your slot. Anyways yes, except for highway or state vehicles. GTA does not have a native-named slot for SAHP. Without the new update slots, there are 3 "patrol" units for LSPD (police-police3), 2 for BCSO, 1 for SAPR (Park Rangers), and 3 for "unmarked", which are universal if configured properly. Update to the latest version of LSPDFR and ScriptHookV (You are currently on a version from 2022) Ensure you install the manual version. Locate lspdfr.ini in the pathway: Grand Theft Auto V\lspdfr Change Main.DisableGameBlipHiding = false to true Navigate to the main directory and locate CommandLine.txt, and clear the contents. DO NOT DELETE THE FILE ITSELF.

You can uninstall mods one by one to see if the game allows you to launch. Most of the time, map mods and the such are the cause, at least from experience, for a game to crash. I would personally recommend restarting the mods folder if you are unsure, as otherwise, it is nearly impossible to tell what mod is causing your crash. In regards to going on duty crashing, that is a separate issue. If you provide your RagePluginHook.log found in the main directory, I can likely help you with identifying what went wrong there.

It is encouraged (at least by myself) you purchase the Steam or Epic version, especially if you are looking to revert for game updates. Game title updates require LSPDFR and are prerequisites (ScriptHookV) to update. With Steam or Epic, you can revert to the previous game version while you wait for these to update and can play freely. With Rockstar's retail version, you cannot revert to previous game versions, so if a title update occurs, you are stuck waiting for LSPDFR, ScriptHookV, and all other mods to become compatible with the new game version. In extremely simple terms, just purchase the Steam version as it saves you the headache in the long run.
