On Scene Personnel: M/Sergeant Shkreli Badge No. 2K21 Location: District #3, Broker-Dukes, Gantry Park. ---------- Incident Overview: M/Sergeant Shkreli has taken his K-9 out on a foot patrol scroll in the Park In District #3 following some juvenile vandalism complaints .He has brought his K-9 dog ''Bubbles'' through the park for a visible presence. 4 males in their teens have been arrested for disorderly conduct yesterday in the park for being intoxicated and abusive towards other members of the public also. This area in District #3 has been a seriously bad area lately with speeders and dis-orderly members of the public also taking advantage of this area being on the edge of each patrol beat. The district Lt. has addressed this problem and has informed patrol deputies of the problem encouraging them to go to the edge of the patrol beat they are assigned in briefing. This activity is a act to combat against this, which is great to see such a response by the deputies. This photo also shows off one of the newest vehicles available to the K-9 unit of the Harbor County Sheriffs Office, the 2013 Ford Expedition designed especially for the units needs.

Location: Franklin Street, District #3, Broker-Dukes, Liberty City, Harbor County. On duty Time 07:05 am - Shift Change taking part 07:10am. ---------- Incident Overview: In this picture taken by a member of the HCSO:PR representatives division from a following camera car as they film the well known 10-23 series which follows the regular deputies of the Harbor County Sheriffs Dept. and see what they have to fight and help on a day-to-day basis. Next episode is scheduled to be released soon. This picture was taken in the District #3 location on Franklin Street just seconds away from the local Sheriffs Department ,after the deputy and his dog named ''Duke'' just went 10-8 in service. They entered ''the field of duty'' early as a lot of the gang affiliated subjects decided to partake it the known narcotics sales during shift change at 7:05 am in the morning. To rebel against this Sheriff Shaw has now implemented a new executive order no. 5. Stating that they overlapping on duty vehicle should be on the road 5 minutes before shift change to give a visual presence throughout the district and show known gang members that they Sheriffs Office are enforcing laws 24 hours a day,7 days a week and no exceptions during shift change . This has proven to be very successful so far with the Sheriff releasing figures of a 67% drop in narcotic operations during the early morning hours in this district.

Date / Time: 02:37 am June 26th 2013. ---------- Nature: Reports of Suspicious Activity. On Scene Personnel: Unit 2H47 of the H.I.T(High Intensity Traffic) Team. Location: Pier E, N. Delaware Ave. @ W. Oakley Ave., Broker-Dukes, District #3, Liberty City, Harbor County. ---------- Incident Overview: At app. 04:31 pm ,June 27th 2013 a call came in from Port authorities under the new law of the Anti-lidering law .The suspicious males (x4) were spotted passing the Pier E four times within 20 minutes and caused reasonable suspicious for the authorities to call the Sheriffs Dept. dispatch ,Dispatcher Cook. The deputy arrived in his Crown Victoria ,vehicle ID: D354. He initially met up with the reporting guards and then proceeded to the LKL(Last Known Location) where the suspects were scared off. Later on CCTV footage showed the males were no older than 19 y/o and it was a simple form of mischief involvement.

Location: District 2, Algonquin, Vespucci Gardens, Apartment block 3. ---------- Incident Overview: 'Best Shot Worst Place'' refers to the best shot of the camera with the sun fighting the emergency lights of the Crown Victoria in the worst place for it ,with 2 stab victims behind the photographer crying for the medics to stop but wanting desperate help. The vehicle was placed there regarding scene control making it easy to roll up on the scene running to the victims but also blocking the path of any walkers by and not letting them have a look at the awful scenes making them take the long way. This is truly a sad moment as the HCSO PR photographer takes an amazing moment in nature under such awful terms for being present.

Location: District 2, Algonquin, Vespucci Gardens, Apartment block 3. ---------- Incident Overview: ''It is all calm before the storm'' is referring to the deputies getting the scene ready for the 2 HCFD ambulances to arrive momentarily and then....The storm begins with the attempts of the medics to keeps both males conscience and breathing then rushing then quickly into the back of the bus and running code to the district 2 Algonquin ALS hospital awaiting 2 male stab victims.

Date/Time: 01:34 pm June 26th 2013. ---------- Nature: Gang Related Stabbing. On Scene Personnel: Eagle 1, Medic 12, Medic 8, Unit 2T28 and 2C26. Location: District 2, Algonquin, Vespucci Gardens, Apartment block 3. ---------- Incident Overview: Eagle 1 arrived minutes after the call was dispatched to the 2 ambulances and the 2 HCSO deputies. The aviation unit consisted of the pilot and co-pilot and they main function of this call was to located and notify the ground units on any possible suspects maybe fleeing the scene.This initial shot was from the HCSO PR department riding along with Eagle 1 for the day and shows how fast the deputy from this Crown Victoria got out of his vehicle to help the males that were victim to stabbing leaving the engine ,lights, sirens on as well as the driver door swung swiftly open. Eagle 1 later noticed a 50 y/o male that was acting suspiciously ,looking up at the helicopter along with looking over his shoulder numerous times after observing this behavior the co-pilot took the chance to point out this male along with being able to point out the description .Upon the arrival of the deputies they noticed blood dripping from his hands and within seconds gave the correct verbal commands to execute a flawless arrest.

Location: District 2, Algonquin, Vespucci Gardens, Apartment block 3. ---------- Incident Overview: Stabbing suspect was apprehended minutes after the location around the scene was being swarmed by deputies. Larry. L Branislov was placed in custody by the Harbor County Sheriffs Office units 2T26 & 2C26 from the Tactical Response Unit and also the Criminal Investigations Bureau and transported to the District 2 HQ SO.Following the arrest report the male was later charger with assault with a deadly weapon (x2) & fleeing the scene of a crime. Later ,tests showed that he was under the influence of a narcotic drug that has been newly produced and being imported through the Liberty City, Harbor County ports. A full CID Investigation has been launched.

Location: District 2, Algonquin, Vespucci Gardens, Apartment block 3. ---------- Incident Overview: Two medic units were dispatched from an ALS hospital off Union drive Southbound In district 2 ,Algonquin for 2 stabbing victims relating gang violence. The 2 ALS buss' arrived 14 minutes after the incident occurred and 6 minutes after it was dispatched, beating the average response time hence the circumstances. There was a large crowd that gathered ,of which a suspected 905 of those were gang members and also the suspect could have been hidden within the group, making sure no medics were injured in the rescue deputies had to make a clear path for the medical personnel to enter and treat the patient .This took the deputies 2 minutes to disperse most of the crowd but push back immediate family and friends from the victim.
