Hi All, I just returned back after a long period away to try log onto GFWL while in GTA IV. It's saying the service is unavailable? Whats up with it, is it just not working anymore or is there a way around this? Please been trying to figure this out for hours. Thank you Tom.

Is this the power supply? Any recommendations of where to go with what to purchase ?

So no replacement of any specs will get it up to that b/c of the TV?

Hope it's not too much of a 'nooby' question bus basically. Been involved in GTA IV for years and haven't gotten into GTAV b/c of my computer not being good enough. So I need to update it but not sure what needs to be done to make sure I'm running GTA V on high settings with graphics enhancers/ENB's and plenty of modifications. So my current system is: 64 bit 8GB RAM Intel Core i5-2380P CPU@ 3.10GHz 3.4GHz AMD Radeon HD 6570 ACPI Fan So what needs updating/replacing and how much work needs done? Thanks, much appreciated! Clans are great, and I am into them and are a huge fan as I want the maximized realistic experience. But a clan leader is someone that needs to have been around for a while, knows the in's and out's of not only the LCPD:FR/GTA IV world but also have great life experience and management skills. It's harder than you think and not all fun and games and as glamorous as you might think. But, prove me wrong please and if you do decide to best of luck. My piece of advice would be to stay at it and keep working at it even when you might feel there's no hope. All that advice has come from personal experience in starting up a clan.

EDIT: I changed it to what you had and I still have the same problem.

Ive tried ELS version 3,4,5,6 with my patched game of 1.0.4.0 with asi loaders and scripthooks and it doesnt work. The ELS is there just not functioning as you can see below: Thanks Tom.
