This mod only works on PC. So, yes, you would need to buy a PC copy of the game to be able to use this mod.

FYI, look around for a Steam key. There's (legit) sites that offer the game for cheaper than Steam.

Say if Steam has it for £30, there's sites that have it for £10

I wouldn't just go buying the game for PC seeing you thought it was for X-box I'd check you'r PC specs to see if they are able to run the game.

Adding to what everyone else said, if you don't mind waiting you might as well wait for the steam summer sale. I got the entire GTA series for £10 last year.

make sure if ur gonna buy it that ur pc can run it. you'd be suprised at how many people buy games their pc's cant run
