    This is such a common problem and yet no fix or help. This forum is so dead. Anyone feel free to help me out and if I get it fixed I'll make a YouTube tutorial.

    Hello, I am having trouble getting the lights to work. I looked around a lot and saw that this problem was common. I installed ELS 8.5.1 From: http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/2985-emergency-lighting-system-iv/ I watched this tutorial on how to set it up: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EbGXF4bv_SQ&ab_channel=JeffFavignano Car Mod I used: http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/350-liberty-city-police-department-pack-charger-cvpi-tahoe-els/ - Used Spark IV and edited the default cars with mod ones. Pictures: I hope this thread will help others who have this problem.
