Looking forward to the release of this awesome car.Not yet, probably won't know for a few months yet.They are Non-ELS.Nobody can tell if LCPD:FR will be in GTA 5 since it's not released and we have no idea how easy or hard it will be to mod it yet. There is no set release date, stay tuned to Rockstar Games' website, twitter, whatever for that information.I know that my town calls it the "Police Familiarization Program", you have to sign a confidentiality form and whatnot and then they partner you up with someone and off you go (that's what I heard atleast). Like I said maybe each detachment has it's own policy on that stuff, because I do know some detachments offer services that others don't.
