  6. Depending on the area. I've never seen a rambar on units in Alberta, but every time I've been in BC, most vehicles had rambars.

  21. GTA IV PC version wasn't released until a few months after the console versions were out. If Rockstar does release a PC version it's likely to go that same way because they'll be porting it over.
