Daedaelus said that Caine had contacted him and let him know that he was busy with his new job in real life, but that he works on ELS on his spare time, and that's his primary focus on modding now. He never retired from modding, he just retired from staff because he's too busy in real life. So yes, ELS v7 is a possibility, but will probably take a while to come out. Caine did however add a small update to ELS v6 on the 16th, which stabalized it a bit more for me, not sure about anyone else but I've been able to play GTA IV with ELS + LCPD FR without crashes for a while now ever since he updated it.

Since I have an RCMP Cruiser in my game I use A-01 and C-07 because that's the closest thing to the real pattern my detachment/all RCMP cars use :P
