  1. We tax alcohol, cigarettes, foods with saturated fat, 130% import tax on cars, 25% sales tax on anything, I could go on and on (4 quid for a gallon of petrol). The whole taxing here is one of the reasons I'm considering getting away from here, at least for a while. I generally don't buy newly released games, the last game I got on release day was LA Noire. There's some websites here that has games that are priced at the lower end (75$), I usually buy from them, going to shops, or even other websites will result in games coming nearly 100$.
  2. We like to get fucked over by our government and their insane ways of imposing tax, they prefer to impose tax on "bad" things (cars, unhealthy food, cigarettes, alcohol etc) than to actually do something about it.
  3. How about looking for the information yourself? Chances are there's installation instructions with the files.
  4. A new game costs anywhere from 75$ to 100$ here.
  5. Not realated to LCPDFR, moved to GTA IV > gameplay / misc. modifications.
  6. Wrong section, moved to GTA IV > content modifications.
  7. Probably because you've pressed shift again, do you attempt to run up to the window instead of walk?
  8. Either go to Team Neo themselves, or look at GPM as stated above, none of us here have any idea how to deal with that.
  9. You'll have to use bootcamp or likewise, otherwise, no.
  10. I like big butts and I cannot lie, you other brothas can't possibly lie when a girl walks in with an itty bitty waist.
  11. It's currenty on sale on Amazon for $15: http://www.amazon.com/Meridian4-40365ned-Operations-ArmA2-Combined/dp/B003UV8RRE/ref=br_lf_m_1000800391_1_1_ttl?ie=UTF8&s=videogames&pf_rd_p=1369221442&pf_rd_s=center-5&pf_rd_t=1401&pf_rd_i=1000800391&pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_r=1F5SEBN8ANCDKKXT6B40
  12. Yeah, there's no need to seek any form of permission, it's no restriction in any way as long as you don't upload videos made by others.
  13. This is not related to the LCPDFR modification, I've moved it to GTA IV > content modifications.
  14. Are you using any car mods, any other mods besides LCPDFR, if so, uninstall these mods are you running a legit copy of GTA IV? If so: Make sure that you run the game as an administrator. Make sure that your GTA IV root folder (and every subdirectory) is not set to "read-only" Ensure that FirstResponse.net.dll is in the SCRIPTS folder and that AdvancedHook.dll is in the GTA IV ROOT folder. Ensure that ScriptHook.dll, ScriptHookDotNet.asi and Dsound.dll OR Xlive.dll are in the GTA IV ROOT folder Ensure that there is a folder titled 'LCPDFR' in the SCRIPTS folder. Check that all the above files exist, if they do not, reinstall LCPDFR with the automatic installation. Ensure that you are using up to date versions of every LCPDFR dependency and LCPDFR itself. Install these: http://www.microsoft...9f-b21f31ab88b7, http://www.microsoft...&displaylang=en Run a diagnostic report (found here: http://goo.gl/QEftp) which will point any errors it can find and will be used later on if you need to post a topic.
  15. It's not dumb when you live in a city, the Smart car makes quite a lot of sense for urban inner city people, it's also fairly safe.
  16. Nothing to see here! This topic has been closed by G17 Media staff. If you feel that this topic has been closed in error, please report this post.
  17. Do your own research, use Google, check our downloads section, check GPM, check other GTA modding sites THEN come to us asking for help, we aren't your personal Google service, we know where to find things because we look for them, when we're stumped with an issue, we look for a solution, not surrender and ask for help immediately, these sort of posts are your last resort, when you've looked everywhere and still can't find it, then you post here. It's not particularly hard to do, but it takes some time and effort. This isn't your first time doing this, you've done so in the past as well, don't do it again.
  18. It's not even UV wrapped, and there's no ELS lights on it.
  19. They are the same car underneath. The sales increased as some forces, including Houston, Texas immediately went out and stockpiled 1000+ CVPI's after the announcement.
  20. Or the newer, Whelen Iwantohaveyourbabes ultrabright LED lightbar?
  21. Get combined operations, you get both the ARMA 2, and Operation Arrowhead. any BAF or PMC content will be rendered using low resolution textures, which is just fine, but not having both Arma 2 and OA will lead models missing from the respective game.
  22. Opel were bought by GM way back in the early days of motoring.
  23. Part 2 of Operation Falcon: David, the DayZ mod doesn't really appeal to me, neither does any of the other zombie mods, I play ARMA for military warfare, that might just be me though.
  24. They have the Caprice which is aimed at law enforcement, they probably aren't too interested in adapting the Impala as well.
  25. They are made in Korea, GM bought Daewoo and changed the name to Chevy, they are not good cars. I'm generally not a GM fan, the Chevys are shit, and the Opels are also shit, they're getting better with the lastest lineup, the old Astra was horrible to drive, also bad seats.
