THere's no excessive force, the dog just attempted to bite a citizen, then went after one of the cops. The cops did the correct thing as the dog presented a threat to the safety of themselves and the public.

The livery change option in the trainer only works on cars that has it enabled by default. I know if it's possible to modify a line in trainer.ini that makes it work, I skimmed though it, but I didn't find anything.

LCPDFR only works on Windows.

Never save games after playing LCPDFR. It will corrupt your save file and make it unusable, you will have to start a new save file which means that you'll lose any progress in the storyline.

LCPDFR is a third party modification for Grand Theft Auto IV, you need GTA IV in order to play LCPDFR.

Spec-Ops: the line is a very good third person cover shooter, but it's so much more than that. It feels like a generic cover shooter for a while until the story properly evolves. It's a shooter for "grown-ups", it's a serious game designed to provoke some thought. Company of Heroes is a very, very good RTS game focused on the invasion of Normandy. FTL: Faster than light is a turn based strategy game, it's high paced and very addicting. Hotline Miami's a fantastic puzzle shooter, I'm only at the fourth chapter in it, but damn that game is fun.
