A book about a SGT in the police department of LAPD for 24 years says other wise... What would you trust, some website that can post anything or a cop on the LAPD thats been on there for 24 years and also made SGT? Thinking i'm going with the cop... There is no height restriction any more, but I know you don't want to hear the truth but here it is. The LAPD is one of the hardest police departments to get into to, every time they open a position hundreds of people apply for it. Now think if they all had great interviews, the LAPD use to have a minimum height was 5.5 (Dont know where CP702 got his number.. But the LAPD still kind of lives by that still even though there not post to. If they get lets say 10 people on a list and they don't know what one to pick they will start by how fit and big they are.... By the way, if you think cops are all just smashing people to the ground and arresting that's just a small part of there job. The real fact is about 70% of the time they are stuck doing paper work in the office. A signal traffic stop is about 30 minutes of paper work, just think how much arresting someone would be. Do your research on the PD you want to join, for the LAPD you have to live in LA for at around 2 years to even be considered for hiring, also most police officers are hired out of the police academy, I would say 3/4 are hired out of the police academy and or college class's than the rest are from interviews.

lol, sounds like you just have a bad installation file. Just download and run advanced system care and it should fix your problems...

Stay away from Lenovo, yes they make good computers but they are a terrible company. Friend orderd a computer from there took about a month to get the computer, thank god it worked... Been reports up to Months for a RMA to go through... I would go with the IbuyPower, they are a decent company who cares about the gaming community, the computer is decent for the price it should be able to run GTA 4 no problem.... Only downfall is it comes with windows 8, I fucking hate windows 8. Had it on my computer for 3 days before I uninstalled it....

We need your full specs... Download and install speccy than copy and paste what it tells you. Now remember gta is about 90% CPU dependent.

Its only going to bring a snow storm. Just going to be a blizzered but in a hurricane style lol. Just like everything else news make it seem 10x worst than what it really is. Lets put it this way. We have the 2nd Amendment for safety ya sure, maybe a few bag eggs get a gun and kill people (around 40,000 a year) But it also saves thousand of lives a year to, if any country invaded us, we have more people armed than there entire country population. Plus when Americans get guns we tend to go to the shooting range and shoot them. Like c13 said, the Japanese would never invade America because "there would be a shotgun behind every blade of grass." Now lets take the UK for a example, you guys maybe have a few thousand of people with guns. If you were a country that wants to invade either America or the UK what one would you pick America were millions of people have guns. Or the UK were only a few thousands of guns. Just think if we didn't have that second Amendment, for all you know the Japanese could of invaded and killed millions. But are second Amendment stopped them. No one will invade America not only because of its wild Military budget but also the millions of people who have guns... In the end it saves lifes I have a few pistols, coupel of rilfes and shot guns. Than also a AR-15 I wouldn't hesitate to shoot you if you tried to kill someone or do something whack like go on a shooting rampage...

All goes back to the American revolution, the UK invaded us, the US said, fuck them every one get guns and defeat are enemies and that's we did. Your missing the point, when someone wants to kill someone they will do every thing in there power to do so. Legal or not, they will get there hands on a gun and start shooting. In the UK there is a black market there are guns in it. All you have to do is find the right person and get one. Its like that in every country. 9.9 times out of 10 guns used in crime are gotten of the black market

Its not as easy as people think it is to get guns (well some places it easy) I know a gun store by us doesn't sell to anyone who has been to court for like a law suit or anything. If you have a speeding ticket they won't sell to you. Basically the only way to get a gun from there is to have a 100% clean back ground.

Might want to read up on your laws than. My friend is from the UK he is ex military and he has about 8 guns in his house. All legal to. Also he was telling me you can join a gun club an go though all the paper work and be able to own a gun. What makes you think if some paper says yu can't own a gun do you think everyone will live by that? Ever heard of the term if we outlaw guns only crimnials will have guns. In the USA 99% of guns use in crime are bought off the black market. So it dosnt matter if guns are illegal people will still have them.....

Hello everyone, So I got my new ASUS p8z68-v Pro/Gen 3 today got everything hooked up right and what not. But when I got to start the computer all the fans run everything runs GPU CPU ect.... But there is no display and the CPU LED comes on. There are no beeps or anything, I know everything works because the GPU ram CPU and what not because I used them before I got this new motherboard. Its just this CPU LED comes on. I know everything is running because you can hear it but there is no display....
