Jeez were just trying to help It must be user error then because it works for everyone else on windows 7 64 BIT.... Either that or your windows got messed up and just needs to be fixed, but I highly doubt it, just download "advanced system care" and run it and repair the errors....

1.) Are you using ELS enabled cars? 2.) Are you running GTA 4 as admin (if not run it as admin) 3.) Is your computer good enough to handle ELS 4.) Like the other person said turn your Trainer keys off. You said if you are holding down J/K over time it will turn the lights on. That means some other script (more then likely the trainer) is interfering with it. When people say turn off your trainer keys, you need to go into your trainer under the 1st menu on the right said and DISABLE THE KEYS 5.) Its not a problem with ELS its a problem with you/ your game.... Also it works fine on my windows 7 64 bit

Hey dont get a wireless keyboard for gaming, Wont be able to handle more then 2 keys getting pressed at the same time. (unless you get a really expensive one) I had one but I couldnt use it for gaming because if I tried to lets say hold down my siren key well holding W and then I wanted to turn it would jam and I would go right into a wall.

I will list a few things. 2013 Ford F-250 Will never happen. A assault rifle is a rifle that can shoot fully automatic and or 3 round burst. So you will still can get a Ar-15 as its Simi Automatic. Shot guns are Simi Automatic, some of my hunting rifles are simi automatic (like my m14 rifle) Go head ban assault rifles, they are banned in most states but you can still get simi automatic guns, and if you have a trigger finger like me I can make that thing fully automatic....

That would take some engineering, its not a program you can install, the only way he is doing that is he has compressed air. You will have to hire someone that knows what there doing to hook it up like that. Don't think anyone here knows how to do that....

ya that's a good computer, but make sure you get a good mid ATX case with a lot of fan slots you will need it. When you do load the mod its buggy as shit. I have 6 fire trucks trying to put out a small fire.... Took 45 minutes.... If they would fix all the dumb little bugs it would be a good mod, as it stands now I give it a 4 out of 10 because of how buggy it is.... Half the call outs you cant even complete because they just don't work. Fire tucks, cop cars, ambulances when you set them to go some where they go as slow as they can. They tend to not follow the road. It took almost 15 minute for a cop car to get from one side of the street down to the other because it kept getting stuck and doing U-turns. They rushed this mod and it turned out crappy going to be going back to the LA mod soon...

DO NOT GO CHEAP ON THE MOTHERBOARD! That is the last thing you want to do, is going cheap on a motherboard.
