If you don't have the enhacer you will have more FPS yes. THere are enhacers out there that will give you more FPS and make the game look better because they smooth out the graphics like this one i'm about to link you. Won't be able to do everything you said with good FPS. Will be able to run with ELS and modded cars maybe a ENB that just enhances the light texture when recording maybe you will be around 20 FPS. Not to sure about that graphics card as I can't find it any were on the internet. Care to share a link of it? You have a good CPU and good ram right now. If you add a ENB in there it will drop it down to about 25 to 20 FPS. (lower fps is worst) When recording you will be in the 10 range for FPS. Thats if you have a ENB or icehancer. 1st you need to be a US civ hint you will need to move to New York City study criminal justice there than apply. No police department will hire in the US if you took your class's out of the States because the laws are different in different country's. Also your going to need to be fluent in English more fluent than French... I have to say you just got lucky, I have seen so many broken alienware computers at were I use to work its not even funny... The stuff I said is from when I worked there people would bring in stuff for us to install on to there Alienware computer and it won't work not because its wrong PCI or anything, its because it wasn't made by them...

Here in America I have nothing but respect for cops (beside the few bad eggs) The media is so anti police its not even funny. Just today a I saw on the news "Freshmen shot and killed by police officer" They failed to metion that the Freshman was a freshman in college he was naked drunk and tried to hurt a police offcer. A few years ago a cop had to shoot a man 15 times because he was hook up on crack. Media puts it Police officer shoot man 15 times during a traffic stop... Its stupid if the media wasn't around pretty sure police would have a lot more people on there sides... I can't wait to be a police officer my self in a few years...

When I was in it, it was fuking awesome! Got to go on ride alongs got to learn all this cool stuff about cops. Few times we got to help out with police training. Err what else got to use the speed gun it just help so much. If you want to be a cop this is the program for you. In college I get good grades on everything because I learned all of this in police cadets. Very help ful program. I know a few department will actually hire straight from the program when the cadet finish's college. But remember this was in Wisconsin USA
