There used for GPS, a police department by us have them. You will be seeing more of them because its a new technology that allows police officers to show location all the time. Lets say a police officer is getting shot at if he puts in a help call dispatch will mark his squad car on the radar as red. Than every cop car in the area gets the call and what not than the GPS gives you the quickest rote to him. Even if there arnt any call you can still see where every cop car is. ( department cop cars) Also it gives the quickest rout to lets say a house fire or bank robbery gives them the quickest rout to it. Also like the other guy said, for internet and what not to its everything!

I'm playing planetside 2 right now You have have online battles up to 1600 people its pretty epic. Its like battlefield and arma 2 mix together and 100x better and also its only beta just think what its like when the game comes out!

What im saying is DON'T BUY ALIENWARE For the price of alieanware and what you get out of it is just shitty. I mean one of there 2500 computers is worst than mine and I spent $800 on mine and its about 2x better than theirs. Just stay away from alieanware ( beside there keyboards there keyboards are really nice)

Never buy alienware your basically buying shit with your money, its cheap it sucks and its over priced. If you want I can make you a really good gaming computer for about $700-$800. ( Monitor keyboard, mouse not included.)
