In a few weeks or a few months I will be getting a 1966/1968 ford mustang... Depends on what one I can find... Hope I can get one like this or 1968 But right now as a sub vehicle I drive a 2003 Chevy Malibu

I have a model that needs to be exported to GTA 4 to. But its not that simply... There is alot of work that needs to be done nothing that just everyone can do either takes skill....Its a lot more complicated then that.... LOL! Is that a gum bulb on top? Also @harper, I think the proper name for it would be a "Light Bulb"Fuelflex is a speical type of fuel and its called different things but its called fuelflex here. Yes you can put regular gas in the car, the MPG you see on Crown Vics is with fuelFlex. Your version of the cop car will get 14MPG in the city and also 20MPG on the highway (note this is based on FuelFlex) So you can expect that to be lower. Another thing is cop cars get beat to hell, they really do. Cops have to accelerate extremely fast then slam on the breaks after a while of doing that it really takes a dent on the car. Also I know what you are thinking it cost to much to fix, wouldn't it be cheaper to just repair it then getting a new cop car. By what I mean is when you keep putting money into a car that will just keep having problems its not even worth it. Because if the engine goes that is a few weeks the cop car is off the road, that is thousands if not 10 of thousands of dollars wasted. Once 1 things goes in a car a lot of other things start to go its like a chain reaction.... So no I don't recommend getting that car1st off most police crown civs take flex fuel, so unless you have a gas station that sells flexfuel you won't be going long. Another thing is the reason police departments sell there cop cars is because they are having a problems with it. A real life cop told me that, the only reason they sell there cars is if it gets in the way of the line of duty. Such as something is wrong with it and is to much to fix....ahhh yes it can... But you if you are one of those people who keep there computer on 24/7 you should turn it off atleast once a week for about 30 minutes. Also I know this stuff as I work at a computer company in the summer we run into all kinds of stuff..... But a virus can interfere with the game play and cause the FPS to be weird....Alright this could be caused by many different things.. But you said you did everything I was going to list so I will skip to some other things that could cause this. You could have a virus (which is likely) I would recommend running a virus scan. If there is no virus then try to disable your anti virus sometimes that can conflict with the game. Really doesn't seem like a Hardware problem because you wouldn't be skipping FPS like that... So here is a list of things to try Scan for virus's Turn anti virus off (after you scan and find no virus) If you are one of those guys who keep there computer on 24/7 try turning it off for about 30 minutes then turn it back on. Make sure you run the game as the administratorAlrighty, I have been getting a lot of request to make a OAK CREEK police skin. I made the skin from scratch, yes the main color isnt 100% on but that is as close as I can get it. Many of you remember Oak Creek Wisconsin from the shooting that happened last year http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wisconsin_Sikh_temple_shooting I was going to make a Tahoe but it wouldn't work out, maybe im just stupid or something but maybe later I will make a Tahoe version....

If you are going to make a online clan and want people to be able to play. Do your self a favor and use NON-ELS CARS Or make the Police and Police 2 non els then the other cars ELS. Because ELS cars are usually high poly which will end up in games crashing... well crap I really need to start reading the entire thread before I go posting....I have a few, but here are the top 5. Note I picked them on how good they run and the administration. I'm not going to pick the LAPD sure their popular but if you don't become best friends went the right people you won't last long...
