Pretty much what Justin listed, its a Goverment that handles the immigration and the law of it. You can compare them to Border Patrol, how BP handles country boundarys, and Field Operations handles Immigration. :)

And yes, as Justin said, it is required to install LCPDFR. If you don't have those, then you cannot continue your LCPDFR Download. Here, just and just click "Next" until you reach a window where you can see the green "Checkmarks". If they are ALL Checked, then you don't need to do what I said above, if some are check and some not, then just download the one that has the Red X on it. Ah darn it, sorry for the Double Post! Do you run Windows 7 on your new Computer? Whatever I listed below you might just want to Google and download So what you need to get started is you will need to download the What is needed to start the download of LCPDFR: - .NET Framework 4 Full Profile -Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable -Legitimate Copy of GTAIV - Which you should have when the game arrives -Games for Windows Live Redistributable 3 Which will download when you start the game after you are done downloading GTAIV/EFLC. So you might just want to Google those and get those in your PC. The purpose of doing that is for enabling and allowing LCPDFR to download. Although you can refer to for more help. Trying doing all of right now or after you download your game. FYI: LCPDFR will just automatically be placed into your Scripthook folder in your GrandTheft Auto 4 Directory after download. For more information on this, you can go to the directory AFTER you download GTAIV and it is properly installed: Computer > C: Drive > Programs (x86) > Rockstar Games > Grand Theft Auto 4 and in there you will find all of your modifications and modded files. But, regardless of that, your Vehicle Mods/Weapon mods and some other mods will NOT go in GTA4 Directory but will go into SparkIV/OpenIV which I will give you more info later.

But be careful with it, if you don't want to risk your game crashing, then I just suggest waiting for a callout rather than pressing to get it.

Question 1: As Diamiondier said, just spawn it in the water. And then go in it. If your still having trouble after spawning and going in, try getting in and go out and go in again. The game has it own glitches for that. Question 2: If you are importing Texture through SparkIV, then no, there is no deleting or removing what so ever in SparkIV. You only can replace back to original, or in your case, replace another texture mod to get rid of your old Texture that you don't want. Basically, there are no "deleting" in SparkIV. Ah, well it did say they were going to release it sometime Fall of 2012, but that can change very fast. As of right now, they are done working with the game. They are just fixing the details and repairing the game so it will fit with other consoles as well as making New Trailers! Can't wait!

Ah, I was expecting that. Although it DOES make the game MORE Realistic, it's just that every 10 seconds another Emergency Vehicles with Siren appears, and it gets a little bothering. But what can I say, oh well.Hopefully you guys on the Testing team can look into it for the next version release. Thanks for the reply!

GTAIV LCPDFR vRC2 So while I am playing GTAIV and on patrol, I see other police vehicles, sometimes firetrucks or even EMS with there sirens on and as for responding to a call. So what is my problem here is that when I am using IVDashCam, I am watching out for speeders, so for that I am parked at one spot. And a couple seconds in, I here police sirens, sounds like they are responding to a call or somewhat like it. But it really annoys me when I park and watch out for speeders and out of no where sirens go on and the sirens of the EMS or other police cars would stay and it gets louder. It doesn't go away. Once I move location, and park at one spot, I hear it again, and it is really annoying since I always here police sirens and especially when it does not go away. Is there a way to remove it? Sorry I couldn't make this more specific, I don't know how to explain this deeper in meaning.... Regards, Sharp-

Visit GTAPoliceMods.com and search it up in the search box or go to the "download" section and fine BxBugs123 Vehicle Models, and then he has quite some Police Taxi if that what you are looking for.

Well all I can say is to buy a better Graphics Card if you want to add a lot of mods to your game. But what is happening is you have to many high poly cars, and therefore your Computer can't handle that much. I recommend modding FBI slots or if you want to take some risks, you can mod police and police2. What I meant by that is it can sometimes crash your game of using certain keys such as calling for noose backup or Air support. It really depends on your PC. But to answer your question, I would just suggest to get a better graphics card and improve your PC. That mostly is the way to get better graphics. And, you can also delete some programs that you don't need and that can somewhat help your game. Since it removes your MB.

I would recommend buying it on steam, easier to load and you won't have to worry about where you place it. Although for the versions, I would also recommend if you want to take some risks and use LCPDFR with EFLC since LCPD:FR might have somewhat small little bugs, (depends on your system) but EFLC as Ekalb said, might have more cooler stuff such as the police bikes as Ekalb stated.
