Try to reinstall LCPDFR, or, make an account with Windows Live and press 'Play' once you launch the game. That can maybe help to start the game. Of course you did run as administrator right?

Hahahahha, first time I heard that. You download ELS, and then put it into your GTAIV Directory. The 2 files of .asi and the ELS itself should go to your GTAIV Directory. After that, set the Active bar to Active='1' for the car lights you want to enable. Example: If you modded the FBI car and want to use it, go down and find the FBI slot and change Active='1' where 1 is enabling the lights. J & K to activate lights in game and Alt+M for ELS Menu In-Game.

Exactly, once you load up the game, it should show 2 Options, GTAIV and EFLC. Didn't your game come with both Series if you bought it for $40.00 USD?

I don't understand you here. Are you using RC1 or RC2? If you pick up your partner, and go to the red circle after you pick up your partner, it will take you outside to choose a car model that you want to use and then you press enter and then your done. I don't understand what you mean by "Picking up my partner and then head to the exit and go outside" since you grab your partner from the inside....

Did you mod your cars in any way? The red circle, as in inside the doorway after you grab your partner you go to the red circle that is on the inside of the building? Do you mean when you enter that red circle it won't let you out? Or when you get out you can't select a car? More specific please...

Hehe, I was looking for the same thing for a friend one day, and then I came across it. KevinDV components aren't currently available to grab separately. Although he might will allow it some time in the near future. :) Well all be waiting for it. :biggrin:

Well, I guess this is related to GTAIV Mods. Try searching it up on google: GTAIV Rick Ross Mod or person mod. Or go to GTA4-Mods.com and look into the search box. There are many websites out there, GTAInside.com, GTAPlace.com. Just search it up, its easy.

No scratches that I know of, I can hear the sound of it when it runs, but it just stops later on after that. I reinstalled it, reformat my PC, same thing happens. For all I know, its my stupid computer. HP Touchsmart can't run *****. --

I know my problem isn't related to LCPDFR in anyway. But it is more of my Computer problem, and I hope you guys can help me out with it. I use GTAIV on a disc, and I insert it onto my computer, it doesn't load. So I tried to test it out, and I put another disc in, and see if that one would load, and it did, it loaded right away, but for my GTAIV disc, it wouldn't load and it doesn't show up on my Computer Devices DVD RW E: Drive. Also, when I try to launch GTAIV, it says "No disc insert" which the disc is inserted but my PC wouldn't run it? I don't understand. Any suggestions? It'd be a great help!

Nice video found, Avrohom, I suggest you refer to this video on how to import car mods and download sparkiv. Its very simple once you get the hang of it. Hehe, and for your info, every file you download of car will have .wtd and .wft. Always 2 files.

Just go to gtapolicemods.com, and look for the car you want and read the statement of it, some will say ELS enabled and some will said non-ELS.

ELS is just extra lights like cp said above, it depends on the modder, how he will enable and mod that car to which ELS version or a non-ELS car.

Its all really easy, if you use Windows 7, just go to your start button and search up "Uninstall a Program" without quotes and then find GTAIV in there and uninstall. Reinstall, what you will do is after the game is uninstalled, you will put the disc 1 back in and run it again, that will come up to the installation manager and you follow the On Screen Instructions. :)
