Will this cause the game to change? Edit: And most mods i see has like v1.0 or v1.0.6.0. Does that matter since i run 1.0.7.0?

And if I install a player perhaps like a Noose Swat man, and I start up LCPDFR, would the game crash because the game loads the original Noose Swat? And for the car, I must rename the downloaded file to the car file in sparkiv in order for it to install correct?

So its like exactly the same thing as putting in a modded weapon or police car to the SparkIV file right? Same thing as usual?

So to break it down, I don't know how to install modded cars to replace original. But, is it the same as putting in a modded police car for the original police car? Say I want to put in a bus, I downloaded the modded bus and went on and installed it into the SparkIV Bus file. Will that work? Is that how it should be done? Just like how we install modded police cars? Thanks.

Aha. Non ELS Mods are hard to find. I tried browsing around but couldn't get much on it.

GtaPoliceMods.com has some as Iconography said. I would support that. GTA4-Mods.com has quite some too. Maybe just a few, no more than GtaPoliceMods.com but you can try it out. :)

Last time I check Mac wouldn't be a great process for running games. And since Modding it would be a little bit more difficult for the Mac to run it. But I guess you can try it out.

Small Problem, I Only see taxis and police cars when I drive around, is it a bug or is this something that I changed? I set Vehicle Density to 70 and its all just taxis, no cars.

Uh, how do I just arrest a suspect and take them to Jail? I got a problem, everytime I put a subject at gunpoint, it always make them kneel down and I cuff them and they will be on the ground. Well I want to cuff them, and bring them back to my cruiser, and take them to the Police Station....how do I do so?

I can't seem to find how to change the color skin of my car, I want it to be all black, but i heard I gotta use the Paint Bucket to paint it all black....well I got no idea how to do that. Hey, I want to upload a skin to a car, but have no idea how. And the skin is not just black or white or solid color, but its a skin where I can get a link from, so it has Police signs and things on it. I don't know how to install a skin mod to a selected car....any thoughts on how to help me? Thanks.

So, what is the best websites to record GTA 4 while Gameplay? For Free? Besides XFire, it lags once I start recording, so its hard to make a video when your lagging.....so count XFire out of this question..... Any other websites you guys know so I can record during my GTA 4 Gameplay and UPLOAD it to youtube? Thanks!

What do you mean on of the cars? To many downloads can cause this problem, to many mods download that is, it might doesn't lag the game, but it affects CPU Measures and makes the game have to stop running and crash it. I don't know about this problem, that might be the problem but I'm not sure. Just keep following Iconography for help.

I think he must have a different problem, I know he already did restarting the game, and maybe re-activating the game and such. This is another problem, It's not the game i'll tell you that for a fact JPW. Its the version you downloaded latley or new recent downloads that patches the game differently in a non-safe material way. That causes in-game errors. You might want to check your latest Downloads, Versions, and things like that to make sure it is safe.

Hmm. Did you upgrade the game to a new version? Did you have any new downloads ? New downloads for mods, versions etc. And is it just your phone or is there anything else that is having an error?

Lol, I wouldn't want to pay for FRAPS. Its not worth it lol. And besides you have other websites like it at about the same level but for free. I dont even know how to use the In game editor, lol. I just want to record GTA 4, find the File name and Upload it to youtube to make my videos. :geek:
