Well, to add on to this post, I also recommend using Photoshop, it might costs some $$ but it is worth it! I'm not sure about Autodesk Inventor, since I don't mod myself, but Autodesk Inventor seems to me is just for modeling cars, I'm not so sure about texture and skins. But Photoshop is a 100%! Well since you asked, I think when you shoot a video such as this one, just jump right into the Situation, instead of patrolling around since I know a lot of people would just skip and cut to the chase. You know? No Offense, lol, just since you asked I replied. Very nice car and great video. Another word of advice is you should use . Traffic flow allows the game to load certain cars every 15 seconds or so. It loads every car randomly, instead of having all taxi's all the time. You can read the script for more info on that. Very nice. And to add on to this, I was confused on how to use IVDashcam while in game. Enable/disable it press ALT+D. To enable/disable your speedometer press ALT+R. That will show up a small circle box in white in front of your car. To change the size of the speedometer, on the numpad press + to make it wider or - to make it smaller. You can also move it around by pressing on the numpad in cardinal directions the keys of 2,4,8,6 or 5 to make it center again. Example 2 would be 'down' and 6 would be 'right'. If your trying to look for a speeder, park somewhere with the white box that can catch a car. Perhaps on the highway. You can see how fast the car is going by looking down at the bottom left corner box while IVDashCam is enabled. That will show you that car current speed, if the box hits red, then the car is going over the limit. IVDashcam is very nice to use, put more realism to the game. Good luck and have fun! :no:

Welcome to the LCPDFR Forums wmai20! I wouldn't recommend using ENB if you want better graphics for gaming. For some computers, it can crash your game. I'm not sure if it works well with LCPDFR or not, but as for members on here, I heard great things about Road Texture packs. Its somewhat like ENB but just a different system of use. Browse around for that. Good luck, hope you find what your looking for!

As far as I know, I don't mod as well, but my buddy's do, and they use a program that is called Autodesk Inventor. It is a little complex to use, but its a great program and should be free. Photoshop costs some $$, but it is great for editing and for making designs such as styles or skins. Both of the questions that you asked here should be in the Discussion Section. Support is use for reporting bugs from LCPDFR. Pretty much what Shawn said above, the people who do LCPDFR videos mostly put that for more realism and fun. And for the taser, what Shawn said was it. The taser is another 'pistol' but modded into a taser. People will run if you start shooting the taser, because the game will react like if it is a Gun. Try re-installing LCPDFR and see if that can help solve your problem. The Taser is a second pistol modded into the game, but it shouldn't replace the pistol, but in your case it seems like it. Re-installing LCPDFR can help. :) Hope you get it fixed! :no:

Yeah, try a proxy, proxy allows you to get pass blocked websites. Here are some that you can try: www.proxyfree.de www.hidemyass.com www.proxify.com www.ctunnel.com www.vtunnel.com www.75i.net Just go there and type in the website you want to go to, see if that is blocked.

Aha, your correct Shawn. I was wondering the same thing, so I change a couple of keys and tried it with the game, it works for me. So back to Sikma's question, yes, it is possible to change your keys. As Shawn said, you don't want to have a duplicate key and that includes GTAIV keys as well. Make sure to backup those, copy all of the words in the readme file in your FirstRespose.ini and put them to a backup place where you can find later. That will be your Default if you want to redo anything....Good Luck!

Oh really? What browser do you use? If you know how to file transfer, than yeah, you should just download it on another PC and transfer it to your current PC of GTAIV your using. :)

Welcome to LCPDFR Fourms Sikma200! In the future, post related to this should go into the Grand Theft Auto 4 Gameplay/Misc Modifications. Are you referring to LCPDFR Keys? I'm not exactly sure, but you can try to open up the FirstResponse Readme file in your scripts that you downloaded for LCPDFR, and maybe try to change the keys to your liking and then just save it? I'm not so sure, otherwise it's a no, since all keys are already been set when they made LCPDFR.

Are you talking about the player skin? Well, I found one Here. It's from GTA4-Mods.com. There are many more versions and models. Just go to GTA4-Mods.com and Search up 'FBI' and some should appear. Including vehicles to Player models & skins. Hope you find what your looking for!

Pretty much what Shawn said. When you import the files, make sure you have a backup, since the sirens can sometimes get annoying. Importing the sirens to HORNs.ivaud is the same as any other importing. Some files that you download of sirens may have another name, and so just for that case, just rename it to HORNS.ivaud and then import. All done. :)

GTAInside.com has quite some few, I'm not sure about this because some of them were taken down due to causing Game Crashes. But you can try that. GTA4-Mods.com has quite a few NYPD Police Skins, although I haven't seen any, because I never looked into it, you can try that as well. Hope this helps!

SparkIV or OpenIV is the program that allows you to mod cars and put it into GTAIV. SparkIV is to me easier to use, you can get it by clicking on the link in my Signature. Make sure to update your game to the Version(s) that SparkIV offers. If you want to play GTAIV with LCPDFR, I suggest you to get the 1.0.7.0 Patch also in my Signature below. Also, I would recommend using WinRar to extract your files. I find it easier than .exe files. Once you get all of that down, you can refer to This Video Hoped this help you! Best Luck!
