[API][WIP/REL] Callouts+ - Additional LCPDFR API Callouts
I will always help out the good community members who bother to explain their situation and give me the error logs too. So it's no bother at all :) As I suspected, the crash is as follows: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. The problem has been fixed already for the next release, but thanks for the report either way :)

[API][WIP/REL] Callouts+ - Additional LCPDFR API Callouts
Hi, Thanks for reporting the issue. I've checked your LCPDFR.log and there is no crash I can see related to callouts+. You mentioned it was a loader error so can you post your ScriptHookDotNet log file for me please? Also, I think I know what the issue is already and should have already fixed it for the next release.

traffic stop suggestion
It's possible to make this happen. But requires the same amount of complex code to get the police car to pull over like the traffic stop, and then double it to correctly get it to pull in front of the suspect rather than at a random point and eliminate the chance it hits you or the suspect. You then have to take into account all the different factors like what road you're on, which side the suspect went to, is there any random parked cars there etc etc. I'm not saying nobody would consider it, just that it's a lot of effort.

1.0c Suspect Transport crash
Hi, First things first. saying this is the "biggest crock of horsh!t ever" isn't going to make people want to help you. You didn't pay for this modification, you are not entitled to support and if you feel the mod is bad, don't install it. Your error is this: [ERROR - 1:23:30 PM] [] System.IndexOutOfRangeException: Index was outside the bounds of the array. This can happen for a whole host of reasons, so why don't you try giving us some more information? Legal copy of the game? What other mods are you using? Have you tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it on a clean copy?

LCPDFR ERROR NO WEAPONS!
Glad you've managed to get it working now. Enjoy :)

Can someone tell what this is and what problem caused this.
Your issue is that you are aiming at a particular ped and trying to set it as owned by LCPDFR. (for example aiming at a cop and pressing G to make them your partner) However, that ped you aimed at already has an owner and so the script has failed. Doing what Couth has said below may help fix the issue but is not guaranteed to fix it, the aiming manager can crash if you give it instructions to a ped that cannot receive instructions, especially if that ped is owned by another script. If you are using other mods, remove them and see if that same error occurs. If it doesn't, reinstall each mod 1 at a time and try again.

False, depends on the burger. The person below me is scared of dinosaurs.

Another Script Error LCPDFR Loader.Loader
Great, just making sure. I'm not sure either if I'm honest, but the reason LCPDFR isn't working for you is because the .dll file is being accessed by something else. Ok I'm going to throw out a few possible ideas that "could" fix the issue, try them all and let me know (even if you already did it, let's just be 100% sure) Run both the GTAIV.exe and the LaunchGTAIV.exe as an administrator. Replace dsound with xlive and try to load it again. Remove any other mods you have (if any). Uninstall LCPDFR (completely) run GTA IV and then close it correctly(quit, not alt f4 etc) and then install LCPDFR. When that is done don't let it open the diagnostics tool to configure lcpdfr just run the game immediately.

Another Script Error LCPDFR Loader.Loader
Hi, When you ran the diagnostics tool were you absolutely certain that you checked your GTA IV directory and not the EFLC directory? (It checks EFLC by default) Also are you running any other program which might be accessing the LCPDFR .dll file? Have you also checked to make sure that you have the correct redists? (2010 and 2012, both 86x NOT 64x)

Need Help with Controller Mapping
No need to apologize, I was just letting you know I was away from my PC. Right if you look in the LCPDFR.ini file, you will find below the [Keybinds] section is another section called [KeybindingsController]. If you look below that you can see some examples of controller keybinds. Try assigning something like that to your ELS configuration file. If that doesn't work then I'm going to assume your only option is to put your ELS into Express Mode like I previously mentioned, then all you need to do is check what the game's default control is for the horn/siren when using a controller.

I'm more than happy to try and help you. But I'm currently away from my desktop until later tonight or tomorrow.

Need Help with Controller Mapping
I'm not too sure what the keybind name is for the xbox controllers off the top of my head. But if you check the lcpdfr config file you might see a reference, or online. I'm away from my desktop right now so can't check it for you sorry.

Weird pop-up after installing LCPDFR, but it works. I'm a bit worried
Hi there, First things first. You are aware computers can do screenshots right? Just hit "Prt Sc" or print screen. That way you don't have to upload sideways pictures of your monitor. Secondly, I'm not entirely sure what the issue is you're referring to? You installed the mod and attempted to run the diagnostics tool. The error you got is because it auto tries to find LCPDF installed to EFLC. But if you installed to GTA IV you need to click "advanced mode" in the bottom left and find the config file yourself. Is that your issue?

Need Help with Controller Mapping
You can find macro programs on the internet. They basically take the "command" you input (so the keybind) and then do a bunch of stuff for you. As for mapping the ELS keys, open the ELS config file there should be a keybind section that's like ToggleMainKey=keyHere It will either be a key like "J" or a number representing the key.

Location parameter is NULL
According to LMS the .asi deals with some memory unprotections, and fixes some game crashes and enhances compatibility with EFLC.

i need someone to build a car pack with skins on them (for A clan)
What the OP is trying to say is this: He wants a car pack with specific skins on for his clan. A CVPI with the number on it's livery to be 1100. This is to replace the "police" vehicle A Chevrolet Impala with the number on it's livery to be 1101. This is to replace the "police2" vehicle. A Ford Explorer with the number in it's livery to be 1102. This is to replace the "pstockade" vehicle. A Dodge Charger with the number on it's livery to be 1103. This is to replace the "nstockade" vehicle. A Parking Ticket Van(?) with the number on it's livery to be 1104. This is to replace the "burrito" vehicle. A CVPI State Trooper with the number on it's livery to be 1105. This is the replace the "noose" vehicle. At the OP. Maybe link to which vehicle models you want the skin packs to be on?

Location parameter is NULL
Yes but, why have you disabled it? It's not strictly necessary but recommended to have it functional.
-
Location parameter is NULL
Why is your AdvancedHookInit.asi renamed to .123? Do that and let me know if it fixes it for you.
-
Location parameter is NULL
Right ok. I see you're using 2 API plugins. Are you using any other script mods? I would suggest try removing all your mods except LCPDFR and see if it still happens.
