Mojang bought by Microsoft
I would also just like to add that Mojang made very definite statements recently that they own Bukkit (the exceptionally popular server software that most minecraft servers run on). This therefore means Microsoft owns Bukkit as well. Tensions will be high on this subject after the Bukkit developers chose to abandon Bukkit against Mojang's will (of which they no longer have a say in) What do people think Microsoft will do now they own both of these projects?

[API][WIP/REL] Callouts+ - Additional LCPDFR API Callouts
No, if they were disappearing after arrival the plugin would likely crash. Chances are the stupid AI got stuck running into the open door so while the plugin continued as if he was next to the patient the paramedic was actually stood next to the ambulance. Unfortunately there isn't much I can do to stop them doing this because it's default pathfinding.

[SUPPORT] ELS V8 Crashing (killed thread)
Have you modified the LCPDFR config file for the transport vehicles? This bit: [Main] ... SuspectTransporterModels=POLICE;POLICE2;PSTOCKADE; ... Some models don't appear to work very well and cause crashes, so be sure to go check them. The ones above are the default.

Grand Theft Auto V Release Dates (PC, PS4 & Xbox One)
Yeah, sorry I wasn't explicitly clear in my wording :) To be honest I'm hoping for around the 64 slots mark. 32 would be ok but it would be quite a piss take if they said "next gen is getting 30 slots now, and pc will get 32". That isn't really any improvement over the next-gen considering they haven't mentioned PC's player cap. 64 or more in LS and BC would be pretty fun I think. Yes they really did, it's far too controlled, I haven't played the online side since the game first came out. And even then I got bored after 3 or 4 "missions".

Grand Theft Auto V Release Dates (PC, PS4 & Xbox One)
Ahh I see. No I didn't mean overhaul GTA Online just for pc. I meant does PC get the increased player count that next-gen consoles get (30) or does pc get an even bigger increase. Or will the pc online still remain capped at 16.

Not a problem. Erm, not in terms of script functions no. I don't think you can. You could always blow them up? That works...I guess.

Grand Theft Auto V Release Dates (PC, PS4 & Xbox One)
Why would I be joking?

Grand Theft Auto V Release Dates (PC, PS4 & Xbox One)
So...PC doesn't get the increased player count or PC is going to get a different online altogether? Hmmmmmmmmmmmm

Highlighted Officers and What To Do with ANPR
Not entirely sure what the issue is with the first part? Prisoner transport will do it's best to get to the area. As with the backup, if you suddenly move away from that area by a few streets distance they will continue to just drive around. If you approach them they often begin their cycle of getting out of the car, standing around, getting back in the car and then going. If I remember correctly you need to walk up to the vehicle and press E, just like you would to give a parked car a ticket. This will transmit the vehicle details to control. Once that is done you can just drive off.

Video of Ray Rice Beating wife comes out
@CriminalKillaz "I didn't post against any forum rules" is not a bragging point, calling someone incompetent, and stating you "hate people like you" is a personal attack of which we will not tolerate. Further, if you feel like the following phrase is necessary, "stay out of my life and mind your own business", then I would strongly recommend you keep your business to yourself and not get involved in discussions on the forum. This is a public forum, with a large community and as such anything you post here can and will get responses from other users. Please don't try to control who can reply to your "business". @l3ubba Responding to any form of attack on the forums makes you just as responsible as the next man for your actions. If you have an issue with what someone is saying towards yourself, report it and let us deal with it. A retort of any kind has the potential to fuel the fire and derail the thread entirely. Let's keep this conversation civil and on topic from now on.

Why Do The British Care So Much About Their Damned Queen?
There is a difference between ignorance and lack of understanding. The Queen in the UK is head of the state if you will, it's an English tradition dating back a few thousand years to have a King or Queen who ruled the country, back before politics and governments we had a King or Queen and their advisors who made the decisions they thought best for the country, to go against the Monarchy was an act of treason punishable by death. It's a long standing historical hierarchy that exists not just in England. It's therefore a huge part of our lives, it's not just our "damned queen" or an "old ass lady", she's the royalty that leads our country and continues our history. You can hopefully see now why people think you're ignorant with your choice of wording. If you wanted to know why it is so many people care about the Monarchy, ask politely. On that note as well, don't rise up and claim people have a lack of common sense. You are no better than him for stating that, because like you said. How can a forum post show whether or not he has a good grasp of common sense in reality? Please keep this in mind for future posts.

PS4 vs Xbox One
I don't own either of the next-gen consoles. But I have had the PS3 and the Xbox 360 in the past, I quite liked both for different reasons. But I wouldn't pay much attention to the "I had a ____ and it was better because..." comments. Make your judgement based on the following rather than the style of comments I mentioned. (these are in order of what I think is important) Where does your friend circle lie? If all of your friends have an Xbox One, and you get a PS4. You're out of the circle. they may well still be your friends and have a laugh and a chat with you about games, but you'll never get to enjoy the random online gaming sessions they have, you won't be able to say "hey you remember that kid that was screaming over the mic? That was funny" or "fancy a few games on ____ later?" Normally I would say NEVER make your choice on what your friends think. But in this instance, online gaming is becoming more popular, and you don't want to feel left out because you can't play online with your friends. Which were you more comfortable with? Some people like consoles because they "feel" better. Example, I liked the xbox 360, but the controller was far too heavy and clunky for my liking. Whereas the PS3 controller was smaller and lighter. I preferred that. I also liked the simplicity of the PS3 UI compared to the BOXES EVERYWHERE design of the xbox 360 (even after the "big" update) So whichever you felt was more pleasing to use is probably a good choice. which did you spend more time and effort on? If you got all the achievements, in every game you owned on the xbox 360. Are you happy to throw all of that away and start again on the Playstation (or vice versa). One of my friends made his decision based on this. He had spent a ridiculous amount of time getting all the achievements with his 360 account. He didn't want to lose all that because to him it would have felt like a wasted effort. Which do you think is better value? (if money isn't an issue you can ignore this last one) You say you know about all the specs, which do you think is better for the price they ask?. If they both had identical specs your choice would fall down to the price. Which one is better value (taking into account special bundles with extra storage, multiple games etc) It's no good buying the one with the cheapest bundle or the most expensive bundle or "this comes with a super-fancy-light-thingy-which-I-don't-know-what-it's-for-but-it's-cool" if 2 months later you hate it or you're missing out on games you want ("exclusives" are a bi***). I'll give you an example, and ultimately my decision if I was you. A few of my friends (who still play games) have bought PS4's. So if I wanted to play online with them, I would need a PS4. I'm used to the PS3 controller and the UI, I liked them more than the xbox 360 controller and UI. I also preferred the sleek design to the PS3 and the fact it made less noise than my xbox which sounded like a harrier taking off. The PS4 is cheaper from what I've seen, which plays into my hands nicely. I can't say I have looked at bundles and what not because I've very little interest in console gaming now. But, if I was to choose one, it would be the PS4. I hope my lengthy advice is helpful to you. TL;DR Pick whichever you feel is right, not what the community says.

[API][WIP/REL] Callouts+ - Additional LCPDFR API Callouts
Already fixed, thanks for reporting though. It's meant to but remain invisible. Sadly though I can't always account for the plugin hanging for whatever reason and therefore sometimes it appears when it shouldn't. Removing it after removing the barrier (or replacing that barrier) often fixes it for you. This is just a bug that will happen every now and then, nothing to worry about. Thanks for reporting it though, I'll keep my eyes open for ways I can reduce the chance this happens. Thanks :)

[API][WIP/REL] Callouts+ - Additional LCPDFR API Callouts
If both plugins have been started correctly with no errors then there is nothing I can do to help you with this. LCPDFR randomly selects the callouts internally. An LCPDFR API plugin like Callouts+ and wouters have all it's callouts added to the list to be randomly selected. So I can't do anything about that sorry.

[API][WIP/REL] Callouts+ - Additional LCPDFR API Callouts
Fixed this for the next version already, but thanks. Again, fixed in the next release already but thanks. No, I'm not easily offended. Take a look at every other bug/error report in this thread..."Hi I found a problem with ____" or "Hi, I keep getting this error with ____" not a single one starts off with the level of comment I get from you and you alone. And yes you did edit your post, while I was midway through replying to your post initially. But that is not the issue, there was absolutely no need to post it in the first place. And sorry that I am not the perfect developer with ridiculous funding capable of employing thousands of testers. I'm sorry that while I was busy dealing with the game breaking errors that were reported, I missed the worlds smallest problem. What I am not sorry for is responding negatively towards you. You have some kind of instinctive hate towards me, fine, I don't mind. If you have issues, like I said. PM me about it. If you want some friendly advice, think about what you're saying before saying it. That way we don't start this issue up for a third time. You'll get no further comments regarding this issue from me on this thread.

[API][WIP/REL] Callouts+ - Additional LCPDFR API Callouts
Hi, If you wanted to report an issue, you could have just said "hi I found a problem with the tow truck..." For a matter of fact, this mod goes through sufficient testing by myself AND other forum members who have access to the developer builds. I spend more time during my day fixing bugs and trying to improve stability than any other task in my life. So don't feel like I am neglecting this mod for the sake of a quick release. If you wish to complain about the way I work, you can PM me about it. I will rectify the issue ready for the next release. PS. Please stop treating me like an idiot. I know how to fix this, I wrote the plugin, remember?

Help with GTA IV acting glitchy and crashing?
Yes it is time consuming but it typically clears all issues. As for that laptop yes it will be much better playing on that than the one you are currently on. But again, you'll still get crashes every now and then if you don't manage your mods correctly. And yes through experience mostly. I have a decent knowledge of computers as it stands due to the degree I'm currently studying, but most of it is just down to experience. Glad it seems to have cleared up a bit now.

Help with GTA IV acting glitchy and crashing?
If you only install GTA IV and the latest LCPDFR THEN run the game and see how stable it is. If it works fine, start re-installing your back up mod files. As for your laptop, the one you have now should be ok. Video memory doesn't drastically effect scripts unless they heavily rely on spawning models. The thing which kills video memory (and causes graphical errors/crashes) is high poly vehicle/ped/weapon models. Technically incorrect about crashing. It can run GTA no problem at all, but the second you install a mod you will risk the same instability chances that everyone else risks. The problem with GTA IV is that it is very unstable once modded, so it is a matter of chance and being clever about managing what mods you use as to how stable it remains. Some people get several hours out of it, some get 10-30 minutes of gameplay. (I myself get about 5 minutes, but that's because I test my own plugin rather than play)

Help with GTA IV acting glitchy and crashing?
You'll get an "Out of memory" error or similar almost every time you close GTA IV with LCPDFR or other mods installed. That is absolutely nothing to be concerned about. GTA IV was never designed to cope with mods, and as such it causes it to "crash" when you exit the game. Completely normal, mine does it too, as does most people's. SMP60 error is mostly related to high poly vehicle models in the game. Again if it happens when you close the game, ignore it. If it happens while playing, try swapping out for some lower poly models (or no vehicle mods at all) and see. I believe there is a pinned thread in the GTA IV support requests forum regarding the SMP60 error.
