I think you might be best making a topic over on the RPH forums if this is the case. The developers there may be able to help you get up and running better than we can.

And what about any RagePluginHook.log files? These would indicate that RPH is running or not and if it is running, any issues that occur.

1) Yes, by all means backup your plugins folder and any other script mods. That will save you some time. 2) NaturalVision is quite hefty in terms of it's requirements and install. You'll need to install VisualV and then NaturalVision. But as long as you use the OpenIV mods folder you should have a reasonably easy install. Always use the mods folder, so as to not overwrite game files fully. As for radianceV I don't use it so can't say if it's worth using or not.

Then redux is probably the problem. Something somewhere will still be modded and that's what is causing issues. I think a full clear out of your folder will be the best bet, even if it is a paint to redownload a 60GB game. Unless of course anybody else has better ideas.

I use NaturalVision which requires VisualV (so ENB series and ReShade) This screenshot shows the file I remove, allowing me to play online no problem at all. If removing just dinput8.dll no longer works for you try checking for the other dll file d3d11.dll and remove that. If this still doesn't work my recommendation would be to uninstall GTA V, delete all remaining files then reinstall GTA V. This will give you a fresh clean folder to re-add your mods to. Also you state you used GTA Redux, be sure you only ever use a mods folder for this (through OpenIV). Altering the game's own files will always cause problems if you ever forget what you changed etc.

If you want support perhaps you should provide more information rather than "it wont work help me" and then bumping your post by tagging LMS. For example, why not post your RPH log file, or give a better description of what is happening when it wont start. The more information you give the more helpful people can be, and the better your topic is for helping others in the future. If everyone spewed out "help it doesn't work" we wouldn't get anywhere at all. As usual though please remember that this is the LSPDFR forums, specifically our GTA section. You may get better more specific help on the RPH forums if your issue is RPH related.

Try reinstalling the synaptic drivers from their website. You'll need to know if it's a PS/2 or I2C pointing device, can be found in the device manager. Link to resources are here: http://www.synaptics.com/resources

I don't think what you're trying to do is possible without using code which has the potential to be hidden from public access. Have a serious browse through the object viewer, as this is the best form of documentation the API has at the moment, aside of course from the various guides and such members have put in this forum section.

You can only access the methods available in the API namespace (and a few outside of it, however these are likely to be removed from public access). If it isn't inside the API namespace then you can't access it. You can use the object viewer in visual studio to see what you have access to.

That's not a feature. LCPDFR does not save it's progress every time you exit the game. The crash reloading feature is ONLY for when the game crashes, it is intended to get you back into the game and the mod where you left off as quickly as possible.

Only you can really decide that. I wouldn't buy a logitech mouse personally. If you've narrowed it down to those two then compare the specs to see which is better to suit your needs.

I've merged your two threads as there really isn't any need to create a new thread when you've "made a decision". To comment more directly though, I personally use a Cyborg R.A.T 5 gaming mouse. Although it's now definitely showing its age it's a great mouse and it looks fantastic. I love how everyone I know who comes round my house and sees it immediately goes "what the fuck is that?". Benefits are it's customisable. It comes with weights so you can adjust how heavy the mouse feels, the palm grip slides in and out depending on how you hold the mouse, precision key plus 3 macro modes so each key can do 3 different things if you really want to. thumb scroll and normal scroll wheel and finally on the fly DPI switcher. You could probably pick up a RAT 5 reasonably cheap these days as well, I'd recommend maybe going for a newer model.

These are stop lights, they're used typically when the vehicle is stopped or travelling slowly for whatever reason. The more you know :) Regarding making them functional, as super has said ELS does this but it currently does not exist for GTA V. Research into the data files however means that future versions of the RPH will contain the ability to customise siren patterns on the fly without having to edit files and reload the game. So keep an eye on news about this as it might help make these lights functional in the future. Also I've moved your thread to general GTA discussion as it doesn't relate directly to LSPDFR.
