Sometimes the cop is the bad guy?
Callouts+ shouldn't be causing that, at no point do I make a callout for a rampaging cop :) Moving your thread anyway, you placed it in LSPDFR support, not LCPDFR support. Your topic has been moved to LCPDFR Support Requests. Please post in the correct location in the future.

Sometimes the cop is the bad guy?
Reinstall your game.... No but seriously that isn't a lot of information to go on. What callout was it? What plugins do you use? Have you checked your log files? What other mods do you use? Have you tried without other mods to see if it still happens? The more information you give the better we can help you.

Police Jobs for people who can't pass the fitness test?
As a fellow UK resident I can give you a bit of extra advice on this, there are a few of "Police" jobs available that aren't Constabulary (i.e a police constable, special constable, sergeant etc) Firstly though, the met may have different requirement levels however a standardised test is used, referred to as a beep test (if you don't know, you run backwards and forwards over a short length in time with beeps which gradually increase in speed). The minimum requirement is a result of 5.4. Now onto the other positions, this is all from my knowledge taken from my local police force webpage which I spend far too much time viewing (I also wish to join the police), so the met may vary. I would recommend seeing what jobs they actually publish. Also you should come to terms that you'll probably have a desk job. Seeing as most jobs outside of constabulary will be office related. Police Staff Roles include the following areas (not limited to): finance, investigation, business administration, HR, IT, telecommunications, call handling, press and PR, forensics, photography, estates management etc etc. Currently my local force has 3 available jobs which are not part of the general police officers recruitment, these are: Internal Quality Assurance Officer, Vetting and Research Assistant and lastly Force Automatic Number Plate Recognition Intelligence Manager. Hope this helps :)

At no point does our download system specify that mods must be LSPDFR related. This is also posted in GTA V Misc section which is exactly what it is. Please don't tell other users what to do.

New Callout Pack - Ideas Needed
To add to what parks has said, be careful with your planning. You don't want to rip ideas from mods that already exist as you'll upset other developers. At least 5 of your ideas in your OP already exist, 2 of them being already part of LSPDFR itself. Several of the suggested ideas have been implemented as well. Unless you plan to do these differently and thus make them seem a lot like different callouts, it would be better to not reinvent the wheel and instead implement callouts you've not seen done yet. Nonetheless good luck with your project :)

'Good Music' Thread
This has become my favourite lately. Albeit a bit creepy in it's history. Avenged Sevenfold - Fiction Unrelated note, spoilers are great please use them. It took me 5 minutes to fully load this thread before it would let me scroll down due to it loading videos lol.

Overall Windows 10 performance
I was originally hesitant to move to windows 10 when it first entered the "free to upgrade period" but I did it anyway on my windows 7 desktop PC that I use for everything. The only issue I've had was with one nvidia driver completely destroying my ability to use 2 monitors, rolled back and waited for a new driver. Everything else just seems to work fine, I use it every day for gaming of all kinds, developing mods, listening to music, browsing the internet, writing word documents. Pretty much everything you'd ever expect to do with a PC. Seems to be fairly stable in my opinion, and I like the design of the OS as well. One disadvantage I have noticed is you can't exactly stop it from updating, you can only schedule the updates. This is on a home copy though, on the business or professional copies I believe you can stop updates altogether.

How to get a trainer
I've never had any problems other than forgetting I changed the keybind.

How to get a trainer
You simply change the keybind that opens the RPH console or the trainer. Moving to GTA Support, as this forum section is for modding development questions.

Playing Scanner Audio [SOLVED]
The first line will play each of the specified sound files in order, so in game will sound as "Officers report, a criminal resisting arrest in Paleto Bay" for example. (wherever spawnpoint is). AFAIK the second line will NOT wait for the first one to finish before playing. And lastly yes, it will just play that audio. It follows the same principles as above so will play whatever audio lines you pass it (so you can string multiple ones together as above as well)

Battlefield 1 Open Beta Now Available
Tactic 1 is great as you spawn behind most of their team and cut off their vehicle spawns. We do this in BF4 a lot as it can seriously fuck teams over. Yes that was a stupid idea lol.

I've found the matchmaking to be pretty decent to be fair, but then I'm not shit at online FPS games :P Could be latency yeah. I haven't experienced that, but then I haven't tried mantling rocks. I like that you can now climb over walls and stuff though, that's nice.

The sword animations on foot are retarded. Much more enjoyable to bury a shovel into someone's neck. It is more effective, so much fun. Although I ran into a glitch yesterday when attacking someone, I started playing the anim for the final hit that kills them and they slid away to the side and emptied a round of bullets into my face. I might have shouted "WTF".

I like the Russian one the most at the moment. Haven't unlocked the Gewehr yet. Tanks are fun, planes are an interesting learning curve. I've found I have the most luck with the attack plane using the tank buster package. The machine guns on the bomber are next to useless unless you're shooting a plane that's tailgating you I've found. Not sure I like them being that useless.

Battlefield 1 Open Beta Now Available
I wouldn't know really as I've mostly played scout or pilot. I would imagine everything is much more balanced, after all the game will be in a much more complete state already, the beta is more than likely running a build from several months back, if not longer. And as you say Dice are good for listening and sorting things. I feel optimistic about it though, loading times are much better than BF4, UI is nice IMO. And it's fun.

Battlefield 1 Open Beta Now Available
Yes and no. The point of the behemoth class vehicles is to aid the losing team and change the battle. If not dealt with it will cause a lot of damage and destruction, the exception being the zeppelin which when dealt with causes a lot of ground damage due to it, you know, crashing. The pro side to destroying the train is that it goes up an absolute plume of black smoke. Makes sniping a pain in the ass. There is also the variable weather which is entirely by chance in any game, in the beta map it's a sandstorm which REALLY hinders visibility. I would perhaps consider the two things together as levolution, but there is no exact replica of the levolution system from BF4. Train

The behemoth vehicles are a series of large and very powerful vehicles that will be in a bunch (if not all) of the maps. The two currently known are the zeppelin and the train. Obviously the zeppelin isn't featured in the beta as the beta map has the train. If it isn't immediately obvious to you, I'm a bit of a battlefield fan :)

Battlefield 1 Open Beta Now Available
As with the behemoth it only comes in on certain criteria, you can't really miss it cause it's a great big thing and there is a rather large "enemy train approaching" announcement. I've seen it 3 or 4 times now. Usually gets destroyed pretty quickly due to the tanks and planes hammering it instantly.

Battlefield 1 Open Beta Now Available
Wrong, there is a train in the beta map supplied to the team currently losing. same principle as the behemoth. It comes equipped with several turrets and can be driven back and forth along the track at point D in conquest.

I'm glad they fixed the ridiculous bullet speed of bolt action rifles from BF4. You could watch your bullet fly across the map and take like 4 seconds to hit someone. It's almost instant in this, you can barely see the round fly. But that noise. I've not even tried the other classes properly yet. Meleeing is definitely amazing, bayonet charges are great fun. But to be honest nothing quite says "yolo" like riding a horse directly at a tank and hoping to god the driver hasn't seen you.

I AM RIDING A HORSE Also, 10/10 would recommend. The noise the scout rifles make holy fuck <3
