edit the agency.xml and underneath the area you want to have your cars patrolling, you will see the cars assigned there. For example for Blaine county sheriff and sheriff2 are assigned. You add your vehicle of choice to that assigned area

Those are addon packs which means they don't actually replace the GTA default cars. If you do want those cars as backup and patrolling the streets, read this topic:

Firstly, Traffic Policer, LSPDFR+ and Arrest Manager are outdated and they take up a lot of memory. Replace them with BejoIjo's ones. Second, that is the incorrect file. Please post your RagePluginHook.log

The more convenient option is the Automatic Install though it may have some issues

So you've installed the retro pack but the retro pack doesn't replace all the police slots. Am I correct?

Load into GTA without loading rage. Then when you spawn in as a story mode character, open the Rage console and type LoadPlugin LSPD First Response.dll For me it's a much quicker way of getting into the action

What Trainer are you using to spawn them in?

Also, what multiplayer mod did you use? Just curious.

So your issue is that you can't spawn addon vehicles?

Use a trainer to obtain weapons, select another loadout from the station, or download a loadout mod.

Ok. Try this. Install the cars in x64e.rpf where all the vehicles are. WARNING make sure to have a backup of the game before you do this

If I'm not wrong, Albo's plugins and BejoIjo's plugins clash together. So I recommend Bejoijo's plugins
