Some of those plugins are outdated such as Albo's ones. Weird that STP doesn't work for you. Try to download STP again and try some other mods made by BejoIjo.

Right the thing is the game crashes before it loads the plugins, as @Mud said. Have you installed this LSPD addon pack correctly?

Is RagePluginnhook.exe etc. in your main directory?

Hello everyone, Now I've gone through my fair share of LSPDFR issues, and I'm just going to say some stuff that really helped for me. To prevent any issues on startup, install these: https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/packfile-limit-adjuster https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/heap-limit-adjuster-600-mb-of-heap To make life easier, install this: https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/simple-trainer-for-gtav Set Plugin Timeout threshold to 60000 or 50000 in RPH if experiencing issues with LSPDFR was terminated because it caused the game to freeze' or something like that. Now, a lot of people use Albo's mods. Now, that's perfectly fine, but I recommend Bejoijo's mods because they get updated and they take up less memory. Set your Plugin Timeout Threshold to 60000.

I think you should delete YetAnotherPartnerMod because Ultimate backup does the same thing. Same with Traffic Policer and Stop the ped. Have you installed ultimate backup in the right place? If so install it again. If possible, post a picture of where ultimate backup etc. is

I don't know about y'all, but I really like unmarked cars. Any thoughts on them?

Maybe something along the lines of 'Stolen Weapons from the armory' and the player would have to track down the thief while he's still in the base.
