I used to have very unstable WiFi and the Slow Systems and Insufficient Permissions error pops up every time my WiFi hit 1-2 bars

It is a lot of space. 3 folders: 1 vanilla, 1 LSPDFR singleplayer and 1 fiveM can add up to 270 GB or higher.

I don't think that's UB There was this K-9 mod by NoNameSet that is for some reason off the site. I managed to download it before it got taken down and it has a menu with all the commands etc. for a K-9. The overlapping can be fixed by going to the lspdfr>keys.ini and search for Backup Menu and replace the keybinding 'B' with 'None'

The latest scripthookV is already out. This is VERY last resort.

This message should be spreaded more often. I've seen multiple crash situations due to Albo's mods and to keep reminding them to replace them with BejoIjo's mods kinda gets annoying.

Turn on Force windowed mode and DirectX11

Also make sure your PC is connected to WiFi

Also, try not to open GTA via the RagePluginHook.exe Try via the shortcut in your desktop. Then when the sirens come on and when the blue rockstar logo comes up, Alt+Tab out of there and open RagePluginHook.exe

So the lights don't move? It just stays like that forever? Also, just to be clear, this is an ELS vehicle right?

The latest patchday doesn't work properly. Put all the vehicles in Patchday 22.

LSPDFR download on the site is for the latest update. And also, my internet speed is absolute garbage and I play GTA just fine. It might take some time but eventually the update will finish and you can play.

Please evaluate on that. Can you not move? is the map broken?

I did that and when I try to open PlayGTAV.exe, this comes up: And when I open GTAV.exe, the ERR_NO_LAUNCHER pop up again. When I launch the game from the Epic Launcher, the issue from the beginning happens again. I guess I'll be doing a full reinstall of the game. Thanks for your help.
