You mean the Control Panel? Press Ctrl P to access it. ELS is easy enough to install. Just drag and drop the files in your main directory. Have you put the xml's in the pack_default folder?

Interaction+ is outdated. I recommend Stop The Ped

Update everything. LSPDFR, GTA etc.

That should not be the case. I use patchday 22 and it works just fine. The installation path should be: GTAV\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday22ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf

Also in future support topics, send your RagePluginHook.log instead of the crash report.

Right. I know you've already done this but uninstall the asi loaders, close openiv, open it again, then reinstall it again then restart your computer. I've had this issue in the past but I think I gave it some time then went back into the game.

Patchday 23 doesn't work properly so still use patchday 22.

Put the GTA folder in the exceptions on your antivirus

Go into the police garage then remove all extras. Come out and try again. Please also link the vehicle that you are using.

Have you installed ultimate backup correctly? If i'm not wrong, when you go on duty a list of loaded plugins pop out on the bottom left side of the screen. Check if UB is there.
