You can consider sending him a PM. If you're talking about visualsettings, most likely he uses RadianceV. It is, after all, the most downloaded visual mod on the site.

Keep in mind that it might not be realistic. Some people might not know they have a warrant. Some people might pull over if they have a stolen vehicle to get less charges upon arrest. As for the solution, you can't change it using a default LSPDFR ini file but you can do what Charlie said.

Better EMS is a great plugin. I have no objections against it. The only problem I have with it is that the EMS is super slow. I remember I had to wait a solid 10 minutes for EMS to arrive once 🤣

Ensure that you still have LSPDFR installed in your plugins folder. Go in your commandline.txt and delete everything then add -windowed then save and close. Hope this helps 🙂

The RPH log is in your main directory. It is a note file 🙂 If you encounter any further issues, post the RPH log.

You might want to be specific here. You can't just tell me nothing works and expect me to give you an answer. So, the vehicles. How do they 'not work' ? Do they spawn as vanilla vehicles? The Trainer. Simple Trainer is super easy to install. Drag and drop into the main directory. The default keybind is F3.

You can add back the handling.meta by copying it from the update folder. If you want to recall further of what you have edited and revert those edits or you can start fresh.
