You have to obtain it from the default update folder using OpenIV.

Open RagePluginHook.exe and when the big RAGE logo comes up, there should be a gearbox on the bottom left. Click it.

Get a default dlclist.xml and reinstall EUP.

Go to the RAGE settings and set your Plugin Timeout Threshold to 60000.

I am indeed also picky about my vehicles. I swapped out a Vic because the pushbar was different. I deleted a car because the light patterns of the Arjent were slightly flawed. I swapped out a Charger because the Valor lightbar was placed in a weird angle 🤣

Have you made any changes to the vehicles.meta? If so revert them.

I assume you mean that the liveries are different when you say uniformity. Before I learnt how to make my own skins, I struggled with the fact that there was this cool vehicle that I wanted but I've already got this pack for it. So I've got to decide whether I want the vehicle or the pack. Now I make my own liveries for the desired vehicle.

The Park Ranger vehicles do look sick. A little bit of a Classic Ford Bronco resemblance here. I use this for Park Ranger: The F-250 looks sick. I love the firetruck and ambulance currently in my game already. It's a shame how these vehicles aren't credited more. I don't patrol in the port area so I don't need Port Police. I remember I stumbled upon a cool texture pack. I'll link it here:

I like the Blaine County ones. However, I do not like Non-ELS so it's likely I won't be using those. Thank you for your response 🙂 I'm just going to quickly update this. For the fbi vehicle slot, I actually have the Charger installed from this pack: For the riot slot, I have this installed: This is my one exception for Non-ELS vehicles just because it's so good. The firetruk slot is replaced by this: This vehicle is amazing. God Tier. I use an Extra Police Slots mod to add some slots into my game. And so these are some cars that take up those slots: Most authentic CHP pack yet. I don't use this often just because it has so many lights on it. For the ambulance slot, I use this with the lightbar: I need a update for my police4 slot so I'm waiting on some cars to be finished. My future police4 slot will likely go to @KLE0's WIP FPIS. I recommend that you check the screenshots out.

This doesn't say anything again. Last thing it says is 'navigated away whilst loading' which I don't know what it means. There should be at least one error message or a warning of some sort saying that a K9 partner is unable to spawn. Reinstall UB and see if it works.

The log doesn't make it that far. Does it load without RAGE?

Revert any changes you have made to the agency.xml You can't just say to the game 'I rename this location to that so it should work now' Keep the location names and agency names. I'm afraid you can only let them patrol in Los Santos for them to be in Rockford Hills. However, you can install a script to change that.
