Hello, I'm not sure exactly what you need but, If you want to get addon vehicles in LSPDFR, you have to edit your agency.xml and add the individual vehicle names in the region you want to put them on. If you want a NYPD style patrol, you can download a NY map and download a NYPD pack.

Well, The issue is caused by SmartRadio. Remove it. You can end callouts by using STP and opening the task menu by using G (default) and you should see an option to end callout.

I don't recall there being any spikes laid down in the Story Mode Campaign. Can you send a photo?

Bejo has updated plugins on his website now. It's been out for quite some time.

LSPDFR does take up a lot of memory so It's expected to have lag even on a high end PC. I would consider removing unstable and out-of-date plugins and callouts. That might work.

To be honest, my PC is worse than all of the builds that you mentioned and I run GTA5 with LSPDFR and other mods on Medium-High Graphics. If you want it, you could go for it. I would consider price as well.

Check out some specs that R* have released for their 'recommended' specs. I would try and aim for something better than the recommended specs because LSPDFR likes to eat up memory. If you are using a 4K TV I've heard that it might require a better Video Card to play the game smoothly. https://www.pcgamer.com/what-youll-need-to-run-gta-5-pc-in-4k In fact, to even get the game running in 4K at 30fps you'll need a minimum of an AMD HD 7870 graphics card or NVidia GTX 760 with 2GB of VRAM. And that's according to Rockstar itself. To run GTA 5 in 4K at 60fps Rockstar claims that you'll need "a high-end SLI or Crossfire setup". So be warned. Oh, and a 4K monitor or television of course.

As for agencies, you could select any agency. It doesn't matter and won't affect any options in-game whatsoever. They don't 'turn' it into a military mod. It's just that they install addons to the mod to transform it into a military mod. If you want to take the risk, there are some outdated stuff for military patrols out there. I've heard @YobB1n was making something of the sort but not sure yet. You could have a look on this site or gta5mods.com and see if anything matches your desires.

Where did you remove it? If you removed it from x64e, verify the game cache. You should not delete or edit any core files unless you know what you're doing.

You can use Manual Install to install 0.4.8 reinstalling your mods is unnecessary. Reinstalling LSPDFR is all you need to do to update it to 0.4.8

Well, this is a police mod. Not an army mod. You can install military uniforms and vehicles and have military callouts. But I have to warn you they might be out of date. Also, 'military patrols' aren't realistic. You don't see National Guard patrolling the streets. Hope this helps! 🙂

Exception message: Cannot load invalid model with hash 0x79fbb0c5. There is an invalid vehicle model. That invalid model is Police. Remove it and see if it works then.

What do you mean by "can't select?" are you referring to uniforms? If so there are no uniforms for SAHP, NYSP, DOA, SAPR and LSSD. You will have to download EUP to wear them 🙂

So it crashes on startup even without LSPDFR and any mods. You have also verifies the game cache. This seems more complicated than I thought. Navigate to Documents/Rockstar Games/launcher and get me your launcher.log It is a note file names launcher

That might be an issue with the vehicle. What vehicle model are you using for sheriff?
