  1. A powerful picture I found this morning, thought I'd share it with you all. For those that, somehow, don't know: http://web.mit.edu/newsoffice/2013/obit-officer-sean-collier-0419.html
  2. The best part about that is how he walks away, like it was COMPLETELY necessary for him to do it.
  3. Yeah, that didn't work ;(
  4. Still having the same troubles, even after reinstalling :3
  5. By uninstall, do you mean just delete the trainer files?
  6. I'm having some issues with SNT, something I've never had issues with before. When I load into the game, my radar is constantly blinking red, the little GTA jingle goes off, and a message says "No Car found" at the bottom. When I get into the trainer, and enable shortcut keys (I keep them off because it interferes) everything stops and I can play normally (apart from having the stupid shortkeys active). Does anybody know what causes this? I've already cleared out all my scripts and ELS, and its still going! I've even deleted my save game! Ps. I have custom cars installed, but they all work fine. I also have custom peds, but they work fine too.
  7. Yep. I had some shivers going down my back when I heard somebody going "Suspect in custody, suspect in custody". Even though I'm Canadian, I had this "AMERICAAAAAAA" moment in my head. Then everybody is like thanks to the FBI HRT, Boston SWAT, etc. Was a pretty cool time to be listening in.
  8. If you're getting a "Video Unavailable" messages, visit it directly on YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wRSBO76YZnc
  9. Martial Law was not implemented in Boston. People stayed indoors, not because they were forced to, but because they were told that is was extremely dangerous to go outside. I can't really comment on the home searches, or the ID checks of random people on the street. I can say though, it wasn't martial law.
  10. At around 2:46, the officer on top of the suspect put himself in a LOT of trouble. Anybody that was behind him could EASILY have grabbed his gun. He should have protected that a bit more...
  11. They do have him alive, as he was placed into a car and driven away. As well he has "unspecified medical needs".
  12. Suspected unattended black bag on 17 Broadway St in Boston. EOD has been dispatched. //This is what I've heard via police radio and I can't confirm this at all. Unable to locate any packages around the area. Disregard the above. Sam, would you mind PMing the link to the radio you're listening to?
  13. Decided to take a look on Bing and Google to find the boat, using the news images as reference. http://i.imgur.com/rIH5NeE.jpg Was able to the find that. If you want to take a look, check out "67 franklin street watertown".
  14. Thats just the video that the FBI released showing the two suspects. They most likely did not release the video of them actually putting the bags down. As well, all of the law enforcement departments involved have been told that taking the younger brother alive is imperative, as they need answers. So far I've heard that there are 12 departments involved, as well as 9000-10000 officers and servicemen on the ground in the Boston area. This manhunt won't last long, I guarantee it.
  15. Those are called traffic advisors, btw.
  16. Several security and terrorism experts are saying that the bombs are were most likely developed for a shocker type of explosion, and not mass casualty. This is definitely homegrown terrorism as they usually don't have the resources for large scale attacks, and try to get the largest shock they can. Again, this is unconfirmed and just speculation on their part.
  17. I like the video editing but I think your song choice is pretty bad. I like Of Monsters and Men, but they aren't really great for a stunt compilation :3
  18. Apparently its your humour that doesn't transmit well in text...
  19. Perhaps posting a link to the model would be helpful.
  20. Guess I'm lucky our high school is neighbours with Toronto Fire? We had a bug in our electrical system (like, an actual bug - as in living and shitting) which chewed on some fire control wire and set of the alarm. The firefighters were there before we got out of our school. Granted, they only had to cross the street and walk like 100m.
  21. There was one time when I was pissing about in that abandoned factory in Alderney, and started firing at some cans on the ground. I had subtitles on at the time, and all of a sudden they popped up as if somebody was talking, but you couldn't hear anybody. After scouring the place for like, 15 minutes, I gave up and assumed it was a ghost. After a bit of research, I found out that it was the bouncer at the nearby strip club telling me to GTFO for firing. He was out of earshot, but his subtitles popped up. Again, not a myth, but scared me a bit at the time. Not sure if this happens on PC, as this happened on 360.
  22. Take this Tahoe; make a black skin for it. If you don't know how, message me and I'll do it.
  23. GTA IV is just the root game, with Niko Belic. The Complete Edition contains the root game, plus Episodes from Liberty City (which is the two DLC packs).
