So ima guess... nobody knows how?

I'm about to drown puppies and kittens, that's how frustrated I am :( (Don't worry, I'd never really do that) So I have 3 Xbox controllers, but only one is wired. Thing is, one analog stick is totally messed up. I mean, it does cartwheels and dances all around me while I'm trying to be serious and drive around killin' bitches. Seriously though, the right analog stick doesn't work at all. For the last, oh, 3 hours I've been trying to find a way to disable it. I've used like three programs by now but none of them seem to work with GTA. I really don't need any other settings change, just this damned analog stick disabled... Any help would be amazing... and you'd save a few puppies lives too...

Are you sure that you saved it? It doesn't sound like the file has updated. You can rename any vehicle to anything you want and it should work (with the exception of boats, helis and bikes).

Harper isn't trying to make Quebec an independent country. Actually, the Canadian government is strongly against, for the most part, the splitting up of Quebec. Quebec will never split from Canada. On another note: In Ontario, the provincial law says that our road signs must be in both English and French. If there is a road sign that is only in English and you speak mainly French, you are legally allowed to disobey that sign and in court you would be able to argue that the sign is not legitimate due it not having both English and French.

Rockstar isn't doing anything to stop the modding community. They are aware of the amount of sales they get from PC gamers, who usually come to the game for the modding. They aren't going to purposely put and end to modding.

You should also get some physics if you get shot. Your character should act the same as if you shot anybody else, with blow back physicals and all that jazz.

Did you even read the thread? In the first post he says: Can you tell us exactly what happens when you run LaunchGTAIV.exe? Do you get an error while the game is launching, or does the game launch bu the trainer not work?

You'll needa be a bit more specific on your speed. First off, include the unit of measurement, in most cases its Mbps. As well, do you know if you have 12-16 Mbps DOWNLOAD or UPLOAD speed? If it's download speed, you're pretty solid there and if it's upload speed that's a very fast speed. Chances are though, your upload speed is about 1 Mbps Because mulitplayer games both upload, and download information to and from each player. having a high speed in both categories is necessary..

We've already got it, just search up Ford Taurus Police Interceptor and you'll find it.

That's because we in Toronto only have ~180 uniformed officers, one of the smaller fleets for a city our size...

First off, the dog wasn't really protecting it's owner. The owner was on floor due to a seizure, and the dog was keeping help from coming to the owner. Secondly, if you shot a police dog you'd probably only go to jail for a few months. Sure, he could have tazered the dog but you'd have to understand why he didn't. In the video you linked there were several officers prepared to take down the dog. One or two already had their tazers out. In this case the officer was taken off guard, and had very little time to react.

Hey guys. I've been playing LCPDFR for about 2 months now, and I've been able to play it reasonably well (just having the usually crashes, like most people do). The past two-three days, I've been getting "Unrecoverable Fault" error about 20-30 minutes into the game. There doesn't seem to be a trigger of any sort, nothing specific that I do crashes the game. It just, decides after 30min that it doesn't want to work anymore. I'm not sure what could be causing this error though... Recently I've installed a Police Taurus model () but nobody else seems to be having any problems with it. I haven't tried removing all my car mods or scripts, because I'd rather wait to hear what you guys have to say about this first. If you've got any advice, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I do think it should be called LCPDFR 1.00, considering the amount of things being added and perfected...
