This file is a texture for a Toronto Police themed F-150 pickup truck. The Toronto Police Service does not actually have any F-150 police vehicles, but I thought that it would be interesting to make. This is my first texture that I've actually created, so please take it easy on me. I understand that there are a few nicks and scratches I've got to fix, so I'll be trying to fix those soon (most problems seen in the screenshots should be fixed in the file). I wanted to release this in the meantime so I can get a sense of what other people think of it. The preferred model for this texture is EVI's Las Vegas Metro Police Dept. F-150. All credits go to those responsible for the model. Thinking of using Abraxas' K9 mod? Use these coordinates: PolPatriot = 0.00, -0.55, 1.20 Again, all credits to Abraxas for his amazing K9 mod.

This is looking really awesome Abraxas! I'm sorry if this comes off like a really asswhole-ish thing to say, but it's been driving me nuts :( It should be "a cadaver" not just "cadaver". Small mistake I know, but just letting you know. Again, sorry for being nitpicky and sounding like an ass :(

You just need to change the coords on the spotlight ini file.

GTA IV is poorly optimized, so the minimum PLAYABLE specs with LCPD:FR installed is around the specs that are given for recommended play, perhaps a tad bit lower. The min. specs are really barebones, and I'm not sure if its too smart to get that.

I had stumbled upon this video a while back, and I really did get choked up about it. Although my aspirations to join a police force were never really THAT high, this video really turned me off.

In regards to using your vehicle as a weapon: In Toronto I do believe that using your vehicle to hit somebody or their car is the same as using lethal force. A PIT maneuver would be considered as lethal force, likewise somebody flailing a gun around shooting people would constitute lethal force allowing an officer to give him a nudge, or a full on hit. The exception to the rule is when officers are facing somebody with a knife or other melee weapon and police don't want to approach them, or shoot them. Farewell! I know you've probably already tried a load of things, but when I got "Fatal Error" I simply ran the launcher as an administrator and it worked wonders. Anyways, goodbye!

Ehh, the GPU isn't that great. I'm not even sure it could handle GTA IV....
