Unfortunately, it looks like you are going to have to rebuild your mods folder. It sucks, but there is really no other way.

Well give yourself some credit; You actually tried the fixes. I swear i've seen about 500 of the same "infinite loading screen" comments. At least you did some research. Best of luck in finding a solution! 👍

Send a RAGEPluginHook.log file located in your GTAV root folder.

Weird. This seems to be a bigger issue than i'm sure how to fix. Odd that it's happening on a fresh install.

Try deleting this traffic mod. If that doesn't work, i'm not quite sure.

In what stage of the boot does it crash? Do you get a loading screen for approximately 10 seconds, and then a crash?
