Can you replace the visualsettings.dat in your mods folder (mods > update > update.rpf > common > data) with the one located in the default update.rpf (update > update.rpf > common > data).

I don't have any experience with QuantV, I use VisualV so i'm not too sure. I guess the only thing would be to get rid of QuantV.

No worries. This log shows that Coastal Callouts and the like are all loaded. Try getting rid of it, and loading up LSPDFR. If it loads properly, try adding another plugin such as StopThePed or such. If it loads with STP, then it is an issue with CoastalCallouts.

Must be a mod conflict. Coastal Callouts and EUP, among many others, rely on RAGENativeUI to function. Can you crash the game again and send a new log? You could also try disabling plugins 1 by 1 until you find the culprit.

For the second time, you are on an old version of RAGE. Update it using this tutorial: https://i.darkvypr.com/update-rph.mp4 After doing this, please download this, and then drag and drop "RAGENativeUI.dll" from the .zip file into your GTAV root.

You are correct, E opens the back door. To put someone into your car, you have to grab them, then walk up the back door of your car; A message will automatically pop up (Assuming you have StopThePed ofc).

Your mods folder doesn't get updated when you update GTAV. Please follow the tutorial and let me know.

Hmm. There is no crash message in this log, and you played for over 10 mins. I'm confused as to what i should be looking for.
