Do you have an ELS car installed? Do you have this turned off? If so, turn them to true.

Works fine for me. I highly highly doubt that is the issue as it would be much more widespread. Can you send a RAGEPluginHook.log file please.

If you played it smart, you should have only deleted the one in your mods folder. Go to update > update.rpf > common > data > levels > gta5 then copy the vehicles.meta out of there. Now, navigate to mods > update > update.rpf > common > data > levels > gta5 and drop that fresh vehicles.meta into there. Tada. If you, for some reason, didn't make a mods folder, then you can try to verify your game files through Steam. Go to GTAV > (Right Click on it) > Properties > Local Files > Verify Integrity of Game Files.Gonna go on a limb again, but try this. If this doesn't work your whole mods folder may be kaput.Log.
