I'm not 100 sure how this mod works, but try using a trainer like Menyoo, and then go to the vehicle customs. There should be a licence plate section somewhere.What part is crashing? You don't have file extensions turned on. In File Explorer, go to View > File Name Extensions and check the box off.In your GTAV root, there is a file called RAGEPluginHook.log.Can you send a RAGEPluginHook.log.
