Nope. EUP has this new issue that popped up after the recent v2699 update. We are just waiting for a fix to be released from the devs of EUP.

Press F4 and use "ForceDuty" in the in-game console.

This is right in the description of the mod. You can try going into the EUP menu > Wardrobe > Create Outfit and browsing around there.

OpenIV wont always 100% tell you that you have a bad mods folder. Use this:
