This means that your xml has syntax errors. That vehicles.meta is broken, so don't even bother with it as the cars should work fine.

Did you drag all of the xml's from the pack into pack_default?

Are you using LML?

I've noticed that GTAV is finnicky when you uninstall it. To FULLY uninstall GTA, delete your whole Grand Theft Auto V folder from your drive, then click uninstall in the launcher of your choice. I'd suggest a fresh install.

Yes you should. Plugins will not get replaced when you drag and drop. Windows will only replace the files in the folders, not the whole folder.

Can you send a RAGEPluginHook.log file. It's in your GTAV root. Also try renaming your mods folder to "_mods" if you have one.
