    I managed to fix the bug by right clicking the gta5 folder and editing it's security settings

    Since the new update no matter how many crash fixes I had done and how many times I had reinstalled my whole gta 5 directory I keep getting the crash as the rage plugin hook loads in. I am starting being hopeless, any help?
