  2. From the album: LCPDFR Scenarios

LCPD Vans can be seen set up for traffic control and redirection, to prevent people from entering the area.
  3. From the album: LCPDFR Scenarios

At approximately 8 PM, a suspicious looking black F-150 (Not visible in this photo) drove up and parked in front of the Schottler Medical Center. A witness then said the driver got out, opened the hood, placed some sort of device underneath the hood, and ran. She immediately called police. An undercover officer was dispatched to the hospital (Black Ford Taurus). As he arrived the F-150 exploded into flames. The officer called for the assistance of Liberty County Ambulance and Fire Dept. As L.C. Ambulance and Fire Dept. arrived two Liberty City Sheriff's units (Ford Tauruses behind L.C. Ambulance and Fire Dept.) , and two LCPD Vans (Not visible in this photo) were dispatched to block off the entrance to the hospital, and direct Liberty City citizens away from the area. The driver of the F-150 fled the scene before police got there. LCPD attempted to locate the man but could not. He is now wanted for Arson, Attempted Murder, Fleeing the scene of an accident, possession of a weapon (explosive), and possibly manslaughter, as two citizens were injured, but died on the scene. What was left of the F-150 was taken to Liberty City's Junk Yard to be recycled.

As you can see, another RCMP Unit and LCPD Van were dispatched to the scene, to prevent the suspects from fleeing.
  5. From the album: LCPDFR Scenarios

An L.C. Transit & Roads vehicle (Black Chevy) was travelling down the East Borough Expressway, when it lost control and crashed into the toll booth. A black F-150 was travelling down the same Expressway, swerved to avoid the Chevy, but instead ended up crashing into the other side of the toll booth area. Liberty County Ambulance was the first on scene, and Liberty County Fire Dept. arrived not to much later. A Liberty County Sheriff's vehicle was in the area at the time providing security for the toll booths, and was the first member of the LCPD to arrive on the scene. (Left White Ford Taurus) Another Sheriff's Unit was dispatched by the first unit, to help provide containment and traffic redirection around the scene. In need of Traffic Control LCPD Sheriff had 2 RCMP F-150's and Crown Vics, along with one LCPD Van, dispatched to the scene to help fully block off that toll booth lane. As seen in View 4, another RCMP Unit and LCPD Van Unit were dispatched to the other side of the toll booth, to prevent the suspects from fleeing the scene. The driver of the Black Chevy was taken to hospital, with some minor cuts and bruises. He faces charges of careless driving, and distracted driving. The driver of the F-150 was also taken to hospital, with non-life threatening injuries. She was arrested and charged with reckless driving, careless driving, and distracted driving. Both vehicles were towed to the LCPD's Impound Lot and examined by insurance adjusters. The cost to fix the Chevy is quoted at approx. $400, with the parts being needed of a new hood, front bumper and some headlight repairs. The cost to fix the F-150 is quoted at approx. $700, with parts being needed of a new front bumper, hood, grill, and headlight repairs, along with some minor chassis damage. Both drivers' licenses are suspended for 2 months, and their vehicles were seized by the LCPD for 30 days.
  6. I'm aware you posted in LCPDFR's Support Section. But a simple search probably would've revealed the following thread, in the GTA IV Support section. Best, KRI
  7. Patterns I like for primary are: A-01, and X-03 Secondary all depends on the vehicle (if it has secondary), and what situation I'm in.
  8. I hate to re-open a week old thread, but when placing an object using SNT, how do you move it? Ex: Object placed in front of me, and I wanna move it somewhere else. How would I do that? Best, KRI
  9. Bump What would I put for private IP? I put my PC's IP, the first time, but it changed, so putting my PC's IP, as private IP, doesn't work because it changes each time I start my PC Best, KRI
  10. Notice the pinned topic about that error. An explanation of it here:
  11. I've tried Bandicam and Fraps, but they use hotkeys, and in game the hotkeys won't work for me, they appear to only work when the game is minimized. I'll try them again tomorrow. I've even tried the PrtSc feature on my PC, while GTA IV was open. All I got was a black screen. Best, KRI Edit: Tried FRAPS again! What do ya know? It worked! Thanks!! :) Much easier then using my iPhone and then emailing them to myself, and then downloading them. :P Edit 2: Got a red flag here. It appears that, I can only take .BMP format files with FRAPS, and that this Board doesn't allow uploading of .BMP files. Back to square one. :P
  12. Hi guys, As I'm sure you're all aware, I've been making small accident scenes in GTA IV, with LCPDFR active. My latest scene was the Triple Vehicle Collision: I'm taking suggestions, from people of what I could do for my next scene. My added vehicles, that I have available to use for scenes are as follows: - NVPD Van (First seen in 2 Vehicle Collision. Discontinued) - Liberty City Ambulance (Seen in Traffic, Two and Three Vehicle Collisions) - Liberty City Fire Dept. Truck (Seen in Traffic, Two and Three Vehicle Collisions) - L.C. Transit & Roads (Seen in Traffic Collision and Three Vehicle Collision) - Stock F-150 (fxt.wft and fxt.wtd) (Seen in Traffic Collision, and Two Vehicle Collision) - Ford Taurus Stealth Unit (Seen in Two Vehicle Collision and Three Vehicle Collision) - Liberty County Sheriff Unit (Also a Taurus: Marked) - Hazmat Truck (Never seen yet) - LCPD GMC Savanna Van (Seen in Triple Vehicle Collision) - Speedo Van (Seen in Two Vehicle Collision and Traffic Collision) - RCMP Crown Vic (Seen in Two and Triple Vehicle Collision) - RCMP F-150 (Seen in Traffic Collision, and Triple Vehicle Collision) Those are my vehicles I added using SparkIV. Along with those are the rest of the default vehicles in GTA IV. If you have any suggestions, please be sure to specify to me what vehicle to use. Added Vehicles use their real names (Ex: Ford F-150, Ford Taurus, etc.) Default vehicles use their file names (Ex: Bobcat, Fxt, Infernus, etc.) Also specify whether you want the driver of the first vehicle involved, to have fled the scene or not. For the location, specify where you want the scene to be (Ex: Alderney, Algonquin, etc.) Only limitation to the location, if it's a highway, is that it should be wide, so AI vehicles can still travel freely without disruption. You can specify how you want the "storyline" of the scene to go (who crashed first, which emergency unit arrived first on scene, etc) or let me make one up myself. Notes: Each added vehicle's location in brackets, is which scene, they have been seen in, up to Triple Vehicle Collision. Once I have done a suggestion, I will normally quote your post, or just the suggestion part of your post in a reply, and say Done Please remember, any suggestions will be taken in the order they are replied, and any photos taken, may or may not be uploaded the same day. Best, KRI Note: Please keep this thread limited to suggestions for scenes If you have something, that isn't a suggestion, please PM me instead
