[View 6] Vehicle Explosion just off Broker Dukes Expressway
From the album: LCPDFR Scenarios
At approximately 7 PM a witness said, a suspicious looking Landstalker pulled into an empty driveway of a house that was recently sold. The witness (who wishes to remain anonymous) then said the driver got out, went to the back of the vehicle and placed some sort of device underneath the vehicle and then walked away. Not knowing what to do, the witness called Police. A White Unmarked Ford Taurus of the Edmonton Police Service then arrived on scene. In need of backup the officer then called in an RCMP Unit along with the Liberty County Sheriff. As the Liberty County Sheriff arrived the vehicle exploded, injuring two civilians. Liberty County Sheriff then had the Liberty City Fire Dept. and Liberty County Ambulance dispatched to the scene. The two injured civilians were taken to hospital, where they later died. Liberty City citizens wouldn't avoid the scene, therefore the undercover EPS Officer, called in the Edmonton Police Service's Traffic Control Unit, and placed a barricade in front of the TCU, to prevent people from driving in the driveway or approaching the scene. The driver of the Landstalker had fled the scene long before any units arrived, and is now wanted by the LCPD, EPS, and RCMP. However, a witness said she saw a person run from the Landstalker and give a small device with an antenna on it to another citizen. It was determined that this person detonated the bomb from a distance. The house and garage suffered minor damage, estimated at approx. $1500 total, for a new garage door, back door for house, windows, and cameras which were part of a security system the house owner had recently installed. The owner of the house this occurred at was on vacation and could not be contacted. The Landstalker was towed to Liberty City Junk Yard and what remained was recycled. The driver of the Landstalker faces charges of: - Possession of a weapon (Car Bomb) - Intent to Harm - Attempted Murder. The citizen suspected of detonating the car bomb, was arrested and faces charges of: - Accessory to Murder - Intent to Harm - Possession of a weapon (Handgun) -

My School Caught Fire Today
My school caught fire in our shop area last year. It started in a ventilation duct in our shop area, because a student was grinding metal on a sander made for wood. The students in the gym next door noticed the smoke and pulled the alarm. The gym, shop and shop classroom were closed for a good 3-4 months, with the first few weeks/months after the fire having air purifiers going steady throughout the school.

Suggestion: Traffic Redirection
I'm not sure if this is planned in the next LCPDFR Version, so if it is, I apologize. This suggestion would mainly benefit clans that do MP Games, but it can be helpful for people who play Single Player as well. My suggestion, is if a particular road is blocked from either side by an emergency vehicle. (Ex: Ambulance, Police, etc.), and depending on where the road is blocked. If i'ts blocked halfway down the street, AI Vehicles should recognize this, and turn around and head in the opposite direction. If it's blocked at the beginning of the street, AI Vehicles should recognize this before they turn, and find their way around the roadblock. Just a suggestion. As I said this would probably benefit Multiplayer Clans only, but I can see where it would benefit you in Single Player mode. ~ KRI

I just got the PC, so parents say no I'm not getting a new one, or selling this one, for a long time. :P (Even though it'd be my money, it's still no) I'll have to find a Graphics Card that'll run on 100W or lower on max load, or contact our local computer guy. He used to work for a computer center, is retired now, but still works on computers for people. I'll contact him to discuss some computer things as well. :P Best, KRI

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127586 : Discontinued http://www.ebuyer.com/366478-msi-amd-hd-6670-800mhz-4000mhz-1024mb-128-bit-ddr5-fan-dvi-hdmi-r6670-md1gd3 : Appears to be discontinued or no longer for sale I will try find the 6770 Graphics Card you linked me to before. But, will either of those 6770's work with my PSU? Like I mentioned in my edit, one in a review said that a 450 W or greater PSU recommended was on the box. Other one said: "Only requires a min of 450 watt psu/600 watt in CrossFireX mode (on the box)" on the box. So, you can understand my skepticism about looking at buying either one of those 6770's you linked me to. Best, KRI

Whenever I get to recording, I will only have GTA IV and FRAPS open. Nothing else. Also, see my edit on my previous post... :S Best, KRI

Hmmm I'll have to find an online payment method, or get a parent to buy it for me. :P Or just give me a ride to town, and look through the computer stores for that Graphics Card. Hopefully, I can find one. I mainly need the lag to be eliminated. I've lived with it this long, but it's slowly pissing me off. :P So either one of those cards you gave me a link to, will work and eliminate my lag completely, at medium or high settings? Reminder that my average of 18-23 FPS is lag for me. :P Best, KRI Edit: In a review this card (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814161387) said on the box a recommended 450 W or greater PSU. In a review this card (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150661) was said: Only requires a min of 450 watt psu/600 watt in CrossFireX mode (on the box)

The 6770 will run GTA IV on all high settings with no lag? Also with no lag while recording videos? Link for the 6770? Best, KRI ~ Posted using iPhone

So, in other words, I'm looking for a low profile card, with high numbers for: - Core Clock - Memory Clock - Memory Bandwidth - Pixel Fill Rate - and Texture Fill Rate? But under 100 W or less Best, KRI

What graphics cards that are good, can eliminate my lag, and that my PC can run, without getting a new Power Supply? I'm low on budget right now. It's either a graphics card, or nothing. :P :| Best, KRI

Well, I'll have to check my PSU tomorrow, if I can. I didn't plan on opening up the case before I got a new graphics card. But, looks like I'll have to. :P First time for everything Best, KRI

Graphics Cards
I've bought items online before, and it took them a fair amount of time to get here. 2 weeks most of the time. I'm trying to find one before my Easter Break is over, so I can install it and test it. I'm not sure of my PSU, or how to check it. Majority of the cards I linked to on memoryexpress.com they had power requirements, above where core clock, memory clock, etc. was specified. I'm trying to find one that doesn't have power requirements listed above. I assume if the power requirement isn't listed, it'll work with my PC, without having to upgrade the PSU. Best, KRI

GFLOPS? I assume that's the Core Clock and Memory Clock? :P Best, KRI
