[View 3] Two Vehicle Collision Before Airport Turn Off
From the album: LCPDFR Scenarios
The Dodge Durango, and 2nd EPS TCU, can be seen here At approximately 11 PM, a black Dodge Durango, was speeding down the Broker Dukes Expressway, after fleeing from a routine traffic stop. The driver swerved to go to the airport and attempt to flee Liberty City, but instead ended up hitting the barrier separating the expressway from the airport turn off. A few minutes later, a White Dodge Charger involved in and earlier hit & run, came speeding down the expressway, and ended up rear ending the Durango. A passing taxi driver noticed this, and called 911. Officer Knight, being the closest to the location, was dispatched to the scene. As Knight arrived he could clearly see the driver of the Durango, was still in his vehicle, but the driver of the Charger had fled the scene. No fires or risk of fire being present, Knight had Liberty City Ambulance dispatched to the scene. L.C. Ambulance transported the Durango's driver to L.C. Hospital where he is currently listed in critical condition. In need of Traffic Control, and being in the dept's district, two EPS Traffic Control Units were dispatched to provide containment around the scene. and prevent citizens from hitting emergency vehicles, or emergency personnel. Knight began surveying the scene, to look for anything that may be evidence. He found a few patches of blood farther back from the scene, and a wallet. Knight looked at the driver's license in the wallet and the license identified the owner of the wallet to be Jim Wilson. A few minutes later the same taxi driver who had called in the accident, showed up at the scene (Not shown in photo) and had happened to get everything on the dashcam of his taxi. He showed the video to Knight, which determined that the driver of the Charger had bailed out before he hit the Durango, and then made a run for it. The dashcam also showed the driver jumping out of the Charger and something falling out of his pocket (The wallet). Now knowing the driver's identity (Jim Wilson) he is now wanted by the EPS, RCMP, and LCPD. He faces charges of: - Reckless Driving - Hit &Run - Fleeing the Scene of an Accident - And Attempted Murder The Durango and Charger were both towed to the EPS Impound Yard, where damage on the Durango is estimated to be at approx. $5,000 and the damage on the Charger is estimated to be at approx. $3500. -

Installed LCPD, suspension is so loose
If you mean when you turn, the whole body sways, then that can be fixed in handling.dat file. Assuming it's car model you downloaded and installed, it may or may not have given a handling line on the MOD's Page, or in the ReadMe. If it gave a handling line, edit handling.dat and replace the line. Example: If I got a new polpatriot vehicle, and it sways to much/rolls over easily, and it has a handling line. I'd go to C:Programs Files (x86)Rockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto IVcommondata and open up handling.dat find the polpatriot handling line, and replace it with the one that came with my car model. Save the file, and play! Of course, GTA IV can't be running while you do this. (I've tried while it's running and handling.dat file changes didn't show up until a restart of the game) Hope this helped in any way Best, KRI

zModeler2 Problem?
He never downloaded zModeler. He read up on how to model vehicles first, after getting a registration key. He saw how much he'd have to go through for one vehicle, so he didn't bother downloading zModeler, and sent me the key instead. Best, KRI

Controller Gameplay
Wired X360 Controller for driving, shooting, running etc. Only thing I use my keyboard for is things I can't currently use controller for, such as arresting, pulling over a vehicle, selecting options (such as Give Citation, Hold This Suspect), etc.

[View 3] Suspicious Vehicle and Gunshots
XD Unless I find a car to replace it with, or until have one made for my EPS Clan, that car is definitely going to stay in my game

[View 6] Drunk Driver Ends up in Ocean Just Past Francis Intl. Airport Runway
From the album: LCPDFR Scenarios
Two Metro Police Jeeps can be seen here along with the F-150 At approximately 6 PM, Officer Knight pulled over a White F-150, who was swerving all over the road and had struck multiple objects. The suspect pulled over, but as soon as Knight approached the window the suspect sped off down the Broker Dukes Expressway and turned onto the Airport turn off. Knight pursued the suspect until just before the airport, he turned into an Airport Vehicles only area, and sped down the run way. Speeding down the runway he realized the end of the runway was getting closer, and swerved to avoid crashing, and ended up jumping into the lake just beside the runway. Knight arrived on scene, but had to remain on level ground as his Ford Taurus wouldn't handle the dirt ground and the side of the hill. Knight called in this situation and Liberty City Ambulance and Sheriff were dispatched to the scene, but both had to remain on level ground, due to their vehicles. Being unable to maneuver down the hill to get closer to the F-150, two Metro Police Units were dispatched, and being Jeeps were able to safely maneuver on the side of the hill without ending up in the water. Paramedics gently carried the suspect out of the water, who was unconscious by then. They performed CPR on him and revived him, but his vitals were very unstable. The ambulance transported him to Schottler Medical Center where he is listed in critical condition. Needing the F-150 out of the water, LCPD Tow Truck was dispatched and winched the truck out of the water. While there was no body damage, the damage done to the F-150 was approx. $4,000, as the suspect had installed many electronic accessories, such as a GPS Unit, Radio, iPod Charger, and an Alarm System. The F-150 was towed to the LCPD Impound Yard, where it currently remains as it has been seized by the LCPD for 30 days. The suspect's license was also suspended. He is charged with: - Driving Under the Influence - And Reckless Driving -
