Where are you installing them? Are you using EFLC? Try using OpenIV instead of SparkIV.

Africa is a continent, not a country. There are many countries in Africa, with various levels of prosperity and development. You can't say that all of the Africa is the same - South Africa is way wealthier than, let's say, Congo. Also, the North African countries are way different than Central/West/East ones.

While I do not consider myself a religious person, I do belive that there is some kind of power that started everything. I suppose I could call myself an agnostic. However, I was raised in a Christian family and I have deep respect for Christianity and other religions, and I belive that everybody if free to belive in what they want, as long as they don't force their believes on other people.

That's the way your PC says: "Oh god why stop no more liveries please". However, I doubt getting a better one would help. GTA is a terrible port, as you should already know, and after you hit a certain point, better hardware won't help.

Holy shit I was using the MARQ Interceptor all the time without any problems. Send me a PM, we will work it out. Alright, I have tested all the cars, and none of them had this issue (except for MARQ Landstalker but that is a different thing).
