Hello,

First an important note: I am aware there is another thread about this problem, but none, absolutely NONE of the solutions worked for me. And I didn't want to thread hijjack.

So it has been a few weeks now, and I am really frustrated. My textures keep popping and and pooping out, and after I press ESC in an unloaded area everything vanishes. When I exit the safe house, on the first mission, it's fine. (The real reason i bought GTA IV is because of LCPD:FR) So i press ALT+P, go to police station and all that, but by the time i'm in the car everything is slow and invisible. Even the peds stop walking. I have tired a commandline but no luck. And, on my actual shortcut I have 2 arguments: -nomemrestrict and -AVAILABLEVIDMEM 6.0. I cannot remove these, or I get the infinite loading screen. And my specs are low, my laptop did get hot but I managed to run it smoothly with a few ELS police cars. My specs:

GPU: Intel HD Graphics 3000

Processor: Intel Core i5 @ 2.40 GHZ

OS: Windows 7 Home Prem x64

RAM: 6.0GB

GPU Memory (Max.): 1696MB

police: A low poly CVPI, with an arrow board lightbar (I didn't have this problem when i installed this car, it was the first one, and my first love ;))

police2: A dodge charger, it was a good one, but it may've been high poly since it crashed the game when it got fired at. But I uninstalled it, didn't fix anything. So I re-installed it.

police3: None.

police4: None.

policeb: None.

FBI: Chevy Tahoe Unmarked (didn't cause the problem)

Polpatriot: A Chevy Impala PI. (didn't cause the problem)

Pstocktade: Ford Explorer Utility. (installed it when the problem was present)

Nstocktade: Mercedes Sprinter Police Van. British. I know mose brit cars are high-poly, and i tired un-installing it. No luck.

Noose: A slicktop CVPI. (installed when the problem was present, and this one is low-poly. Whew!)

Bus: Now this caused the problem. I downloaded an MTA bus, which was REALLY REALLY REALLY high poly. Uninstalling it didn't help AT ALL. It remains un-installed. I am now using the default bus.

Any help would be appreciated. Comment if you want screenshots. Just for the goal, I have attach all my .log files. Oh, and i run path 1.0.7.0
