Well, just so we are clear, I am not the author of the script - it was publicly posted in source form on gta4-mods comment section. I tried to find the author, but to no avail. I'll send it to you guys soon, if I don't forget. However, I heard that LukeD is working on something similar, and knowing him it is going to be much better than this... :D

I have tried to do it before. It is really easy, but it is really tiresome and takes a lot of time. It could work if a few people worked on it - some could map the models, other could make plates.

Hey hey hey, I don't think it is going to be that easy. First we would need a new OpenIV, then I would have to convert the models and so on. If I am going to release something, it is not going to be affiliated with LCPDFR/LSPDFR/SAPDFR, as those are going to be purely script mods (unless Dev team says otherwise).

Exactly! They are stronger than the standard SWAT/ESU.

Well, as you can see, it indeed does work. NOOSE spawns alongside ESU during 6 stars without problems.

I have replaced my NOOSE (M_Y_SWAT) with LCPD ESU, however, I wanted to have some sort of a special special unit spawning at 6 stars (equivalent to the Army/National Guard in SA/VC/III). So I added a new ped (M_Y_NOOSE), with textures made by yours truly, and a different upper body model than the LCPD ESU, and I also added a new car (EMERG1), which is the NOOSE Enforcer you can see in the pics. Lastly, I found a script which I modified to spawn the NOOSE Enforcer with 4 NOOSE TRU peds (they have more health, armor and are more aggressive than LCPD ESU officers) during 6 stars. What do you think?

Add the EMERG cars to # POPCYCLE_GROUP_COPS in common/data/cargrp to stop them from spawning in traffic. License plates are mapped to the liveries, so if a livery changes, the plate changes as well.

When I wake up this Saturday. @0taku, it is impossible - game engine limitations. The only slots in which it will work are Police, Police2, Police3, Ambulance and Firetruk, as said before. Still, I am going to make all the models from my pack DROT.
